“This is such an amazing gym. I love that there is a separate women’s workout room. I use it all the time. There are so many options for weights and cardio. My favorite gym I’ve ever been a member at. The owner Mike is amazing and always extremely helpful! If your considering a gym membership this is the place to be!”

“It's a straight forward gym with a large weights room and a separate cardio room. Mens changing room only has one toilet but doesn't get busy. Staff is made up of volunteers and some paid trainers.”

I am 56 and not an athletic person. My range of motion, flexibility, strength and even mood have improved greatly. Best gym ever!! They really care about you.”
