“Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's nice being able to get in and out of a grocery store rather quickly. This is my go to store if I'm needing to grab a couple things on my way home.”
“Gas station with rewards for purchases. Mainly just a pay at the pump facility but they do offer some snacks for sale. The station is somewhat difficult to access but most stations in Ephrata are similar. Located across the parking lot from Safeway.”

“I'm a disabled veteran with memory issues. I go to safeway because I like it. People way cool, always helping me or making me laugh. Good prices, good product.
Ephrata Safeway upped their game last week when I walked off without paying. Had the money. I just forgot. I went back the next day with cash in hand and slightly embarrassed. I attempted to pay for my mistake, but the management was adamant that there was no need for me to pay, and it was already taken care of.
This was an amazing act by the Ephrata Washington Safeway store. These are the kinds of things that we need to hear about.

“Lots of gluten free, vegan, and specialized diet options. A lovely selection of hard to find herbs in a little town like this one. There was even a refrigerated area for vegetables and special order like goat milk. They have a variety of teas including gunpowder and high grade match. The customer service is fantastic, with the shop assistant jumping to help and offer to help you find things. There were free samples, because we went on a customer special day. It smelled like heaven just walk in.”
