Had a really uncomfortable infection and needed my prescription filled quickly. Drove to the window around 7pm and the pharmacists were nice enough to fill my prescription before closing. They were fast, prompt and direct about my care. If you want care that's empathetic and fast for your needs, I recommend this pharmacy over the rest in the Enumclaw area.

Edited to add: This is still happening multiple times a month where they tell her to come in because it's ready and then it just isn't. This last time they said it was because their system was hacked a few weeks ago but that doesn't account for the last year of them giving her false information.
This rating is for the pharmacy, the rest of the store is great. For months my disabled mother has been receiving texts from the pharmacy that her medication is ready for pickup. Going anywhere is a struggle for her. She or I will get to the pharmacy to have them tell us her medication is out of stock or they are waiting on insurance and to come back. Why tell people it's ready when it's not? One time we even called to check and the lady on the phone said it was ready. Got there about 30 minutes later and they said they were out of stock.

First of all this store is very understaffed. I spent an average of one hour in line waiting for my prescription for the first time switching from Safeway pharmacy to Walgreens because of the location but it was a mistake. The phone access to Walgreens is ridiculous. You can’t even talk to anyone for at least 10 to 30 minutes. You’re on hold I do not recommend Walgreens to anyone!

I stopped in here to see if I could get a flu shot. They were too busy, and just ignored me as I waited at the window for vaccinations. I left, and went to Walmart, where I waited a few seconds. It was busy, but they were better equipped to handle more patients.

Had a prescription sent to them by the ER at the hospital that I needed right away. Took me 3 days to get it filled. They're always 'running late'. They either need more help or more efficient help. Very disappointed. Never had this problem before at this store but they need to get it shaped up!

Went to Walgreens to get my second shingles shot since Rite Aid is closed. I was told I had to schedule an appointment online. I tried that. They have no appointments open for the next month within 25 miles of me by the time I get an appointment at Walgreens, I have to start all over again

The pharmacy needs work. You might be short staffed but the choice isn’t providing less service. It’s being customer focused, polite, and open about it. Closing the drive-through with a paper sign in the window, because you’re shortstaffed is a bad choice and laziness on the staffs part. A lot of people use this pharmacy because they’re disabled and can’t come into the store.Apparently 2 techs and a pharmacist is short staffed.Last month, I was told one of my medication‘s was backordered. On a whim I stopped by later that day, and was told they actually have it and it’s not back ordered. Stop messing with peoples health.

Rudest pharmacy ever I get they are swamped with the closing of rite aid but they cannot even help me find an alternative to get my pain medication fully filled and to find an alternative instead of partial filling my med with what they have and telling me to come back later in the month. After this month I will never use this pharmacy again.

Spent almost 2 hours on hold and no answer , all the prescriptions for me and my family takes forever to process, so disappointing that am seriously considering going to another pharmacy for all of my family

Went for the 1st time today to pick up my Migraine Medication since Rite Aid referred us all there. Great Customer Service. Fast & Efficient at the counter (Walk in not the drive thru) Thank you for making the change great! The lady who helped me was Quick and super friendly.

Waited on hold an hour and 20 minutes to find out why a prescription ordered a week ago has not arrived yet. After an hour and 29 minutes a person finally answered ask me to hold!, put me back on hold, and then approximately 5-10 minutes later the system hung up on me. Called to speak to someone outside the pharmacy, they put me back on hold, system said it's having difficulty and hung up on me. Still no meds and no answers. Glad I'm not dying due to lack of medication. Ridiculous.

Called on phone and they told me that vaccine would be free. Didn’t ask anything about insurance. Drove an hour to get there and they turned me away. Said they’re “busy” so they don’t tell people. Go someplace else.
