At first, I gave this pharmacy a one-star rating due to multiple occasions where I had problems with their technicians. I decided to speak with a manager about my experience, as a former customer service representative, to allow them to make it right. My last experience involved a prescription with an incorrect date. It took three in-person visits and three phone calls, along with waiting in long lines, to finally resolve the issue. Instead of being contacted or informed, I was given the runaround, which caused me to be without my medication for a few days. One of the pharmacy's long-time employees suggested that I ask for the pharmacist's assistance as soon as I arrive, instead of the technicians, and so far, that has worked. I'm disappointed that this pharmacy has had so many issues, and I hope they can improve their staffing to provide better service.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have tried to give them a chance for a few years and continue to be disappointed. I am done with them and moving to a better pharmacy.

Very rude , un helpful, and act like you are bothering the techs with questions or even ringing up your prescription. The pharmacists are a little nicer after complaining to store managementThe female tech with long hair is very very RUDE.I hate coming here. I may be changing soon.

I'm really not sure why I keep coming back here. Perhaps the convenience? Anyways, don't expect to be treated nicely. Pretty much everybody that I have come into contact with seems miserable and the last thing they want to do is help. At my last visit, one of the techs was coughing all over her hands then casually passing the prescriptions right back to the customer which I thought was gross, even if she's only having allergies. There is a Rite Aid next door, which might be a better option..

It’s quick enough. One of the pharmacists is typically pleasant but I haven’t seen him in a while. Everyone else always seems irritated that I need my prescription or have to call with a question. They’re often down right rude.

I feel all businesses should stay open during advertised hours, yet i found the one staff member closing early on Sunday and used the excuse that he closed down the registers and could I come back in the morning. Nevermind the fact my prescription is sitting right there and that i just drove up to get it knowing i could make it there before closing time. This is my recent switch to safeway out of convenience, preferring every other option over the last 10 years.RESOLVE; Do not close, including doors and registers prior to your actual advertised hours of operation, period. YOU ARE NOT A CHILD WORKING FAST-FOOD.

Stacey is the best!We actually receive great service overall, but would caution a pharmacist to not talk about medical conditions, ever. This is a reminder to every pharmacist. Thank you for your valuable service.

I never leave reviews. I've worked customer service for years and I know how trying it can be especially being a pharmacist dealing with the Corona virus. But recently this place has gotten on my last nerve. I keep going to the safeway pharmacy because I rarely have issues picking up my medication-- while there may have been some irritating problems recently, it was technical and that is not the staff's fault. What is the staff's fault is the continuous rude treatment I have had coming here again and again. The male pharmacist behind the counter is dismissive and flippant, and the other woman I meet here regularly isn't much better. I once even tried to ask the pharmacist a question about a personal problem I'd been having and I needed some insight about a recommended medication and he showed some very obvious disgust and i left feeling embarrassed even tho i'd asked him beforehand if it alright to ask the question and he agreed. I really do not need much in ways of customer service- you don't have to smile or even go out of your way to be polite, i'm fine with just getting my stuff and leaving and I will still tell you to have a good day. But the fact that I have left receiving no help, and feeling stupid and embarrassed is a bit much. The only really pleasant experiences I have had have been with a really sweet and helpful Asian lady who i believe is the other pharmacist, and I believe she was hired only recently. She has been kind, and has answered my questions with pleasant humor to put me at ease. Recently what finally made me want to leave a negative review for possibly the second time in my entire life, was one of the staff hanging up on me. Now I don't mean it became heated and they hung up. I mean I had called to ask a question about my current medication to double check on a recent issue, and while I didn't get the answers I wanted, i still told her thank you for her help and she hung up before I even finished my sentence. And when you have access to incredibly personal information like a person's medication, this can and will make you feel judged or humiliated. I don't want anyone to lose their job or even get in trouble for this but the staff REALLY needs to evaluate their attitude if they are dealing with people with mental and physical problems.

My mom and I went shopping here tonight and had a great time at first. Apart from some fruit flies in the produce section, the produce looked great and fresh and many items in the store were marked down which is always nice to see. However, when it came time to check out our time was soured by a PIC named Lori. As my mother puts it, "we had the worst checker everrr." We were in a great mood and are generally friendly people but were immediately put off by the harsh manner in which she spoke, very blunt and bossy. At one point I pointed out during the transaction that the grapefruit had rang up wrongly, and she told me she hadn't put through my number yet- very bossily I might add- but she had because other sale prices were coming off. I trusted she knew what she was doing, and let her ring it up. I am a cashier too, for Fred Meyer, so I know some prices can ring up differently for different items sometimes. When the receipt printed, I let her know it hadn't came off. She said I must have grabbed the wrong grapefruit because that was the type of grapefruit I'd bought. I told her, "well, that's strange, because I specifically picked up a grapefruit from the $1.99 pile....but don't worry about it. It's only $2." (Later I went back and checked, and indeed, they were X-tra Large Grapefruits for $1.99. It was more of how she argued with me about it than the fact it had rang up wrongly.) It got worse from there, she started throwing bags around in a strange way, talking and growling about how angry she was about the bags. I mean literally slamming them down. This went on for awhile. My mom became uncomfortable and told her to relax but it kept going. When my poor mom tried to tell her her rewards phone number, Lori quite rudely told her to wait until she was done. We stayed polite the whole time. A parcel came up and interacted with her for a bit and the poor guy looked like he felt like he was walking on eggshells, saying sorry about 10 times for no legitimate reason and looking like he feared speaking with her. Everything that came out of her mouth had a horrible intonation. Clearly, this is how she behaves on a daily basis, and I feel very bad for the people that, unfortunately, work under her, as that is not how a respectable boss behaves. I would quit rather than tolerate that disrespect. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I would never ever act like that on my worst days- it is completely unprofessional and shameful to treat people the way she does. It's up to the bosses to nurture a welcoming and friendly environment. I really hope this is not the type of people Safeway believes in, because we've shopped at the store every week for years and it generally has never let us down. It ruined the rest of our shopping experience, and was almost shocking even, and I truly wish someone at Safeway reads this so they are aware of the situation.

I have used the Enumclaw Safeway pharmacy for a few years now. Only ever had one hiccup and it was the pharmacist checking something with my doctor, but it got fixed quickly. The staff is always polite and efficient despite always being very busy. I’ll never go anywhere else.

why is it most Safeway Deli workers are rude, lazy or look like your bugging them? it's just not me I talk to my friends and they all say the same thing. you think as big company safeway is they poll their customers to find out what there customers think because if I know I need grab something from deli I will pay extra at qfc so I dont have deal with your deli workers
