The pharmacists here deserve a medal for their customer service. They have REALLY gone the extra mile to help me more than once. I took a star away though because the condescending helper cashier lady that immediately went into a diatribe about how long she's been "doing this" instrad of trying to solve anything what "this" is I don't exactly know, must be operating a cash register? Anyhow instead of taking literally 10 seconds to hear what the insurance company explained to me and why it was exactly opposite of what SHE was telling me, she cut me off said it was illegal for them to even speak with my insurance company, and when I said that I'd pay out of pocket if necessary she said they were out of my medicine anyway . She also said that if she DID have my meds that she was only going to give me 1/6 OF WHAT MY PRESCRIPTION ALREADY IS. And no it wasn't any kind of controlled substance either. But it was a necessary med. This helper lady with the tattoo on her neck is a straight up rude person and exactly the opposite of nearly everyone else at QFC pharmacy Enumclaw. I wonder how many of those 2 star reviews are due to her lack of social tact or grace. Time to move over to Wallgreens.

Not a good pharmacy at all. The pharmacist her self is extremely rude and has very poor customer service skills. I have been on the fence about changing pharmacies because of multiple issues with them but after today and the customer service I received from them I will definitely be changing!

I am an Instacart shopper. And this is the closest grocery store to my home. So, I do shop here frequently. I came in unprepared for an order (my credentials were in the other vehicle). I contacted my customer and explained the situation and apologized. They said it was alright, not in a hurry. I went back to the store with my credentials and the cashier told me I would have to wait in line. The lines were HUGE! And I had 9 items that were already scanned (to my understanding). I had 2 other cashiers offer to finish my order, but because my cashier, James, was as the front end supervisor, he told them no, I would have to wait in line again. So I waited in line, and when I got to James who is supposedly the one in charge, I questioned him on to why I had to wait because my transaction was paused. He was very rude and told me he cancelled the order because he didn't want to deal with it anymore. He then proceeded to tell me that I was no longer a shopper there. I even called the general manager, who was also very stand-off-ish. All because I questioned him. Although, this is the closest grocery store to my home, I will NEVER EVER SHOP THERE again. I would rather pay more and go out of my way than to be treated with utmost disrespect, which is what happened today.

These pharmacy folks have been absolutely AMAZING! Despite this being BY FAR the busiest pharmacy in the entire zip code! They are so caring and accommodating to us! We literally LOVE these people!

Prescription was called in three hours before I arrived and it was not ready. I went grocery shopping and returned 45 minutes later to give extra time for an obviously short-staffed pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me if I could skip my medication and come back another day. When I told her no, she said it would be an additional twenty minutes, and I proceeded to wait 52 minutes right in front of the window. I spent one hour and forty five minutes at QFC total because the women running the front window was unprofessional and disrespectful to my time. She took advantage of my being polite and has earned this review. I genuinely can't understand how somebody who studied pharma could suggest skipping medication. My groceries melted and my back is now in intense pain from the insane time I spent waiting.

For months I have placed orders on line. For the 4 days the sign in page only spins and I cannot order groceries. My husband and I depend on this service.

I have been going here for years, but I am done. I can not tell you how many time I have in person asked them to fill a prescription for my family or myself and when I go to pick it up they tell me they have no record of that. There has also been a few times when the doctor has sent a prescription to them and they tell me there is no record of it, I have even had names of who at the pharmacy recieved it and times that they were sent. They even had the nerve to tell me they can not fill sormething if I.....I lost the prescription. These people screw up so often and love to pass the blame to others.I am soooo tired of being lied to. The three ladies who have their photos on the wall are great. Everyone else in the pharmacy is garbage.

Right on the entrance doors to QFC there are very clear signs that say wearing a mask is REQUIRED. It was very busy as usual and about 80% of the customers were wearing their masks. The other 20% were not and they just didn't care.Why was this not enforced? Where was the store manager? Are the customers not wearing a mask more important than those that are? They should have been offered masks at the door and if they said no, then they should not have been allowed to enter. I felt very uncomfortable that QFC does not care about my safety and their very clear policy was not really for everyone. I guess people not wearing a mask are too good to follow store policy.

Standard.Interesting parking lot, very few registers opened, Starbucks inside, shelves full of selections.At least they have better stocked shelves than most other grocery stores I have been to.

I received the JJ vaccine today. The pharmacist giving the vaccine and all staff were so friendly. I let them know I normally have reactions and they took really amazing care of me. I would not hesitate to come back here for a vaccination.
