Peak Propane is the best!!! We over looked & didn’t notice we had run out of propane at 730pm! We have 2 small babies & the house was getting cold! Thank you to Alan & his driver Ted to the rescue!!!! They came out within 20 min and filled us up saving the night! Yay!! They are the best, friendly, and great customer service!!

The BEST damn propane company on THE PLANET. Period! No joke. They are a Godsend! They are always there when you need them. Say that about any other propane outfit. You can't, I know, because I've tried them. A++ Thanks Peak!

Peak Propane has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the office staff who pick up the phone each time and are always helpful, to Alan and the install team who organized the entire propane tank install process, it's made our lives easy. Alan coordinated ordering the tank, delivery, digging the hole, permits, inspections, final hookup and are actively monitoring our usage.Thank you Peak!

First of all, I do have to say they do have the best customer service, top notch! That is the reason I gave at least 3 stars.I have been using Peak for 3 years. I rent my tank from them and pay a separate yearly fee for that.When I first started with Peak they guaranteed their prices were competitive. I trusted that to be true until most recently while speaking with my sister-in-law about their propane, who is Peninsula Propane. I asked how much they were charged, she got her receipt and it said 2.64 per gallon. I realize propane prices fluctuate, but mine was 3.08 the day after she got hers! Also, we only live 7 miles apart so I know it wasn't a distance issue.I called Peak to see if I could get an explanation of why mine was so much higher but was unable to get clarification on the price difference. There were no other added fees on her receipt, as was suggested by the person I spoke to at Peak. The only difference was the tank size, hers is 150 and mine is 120, which I told the person I spoke with and they didn’t say anything about that being a reason for such a price difference.I am just surprised at such a price difference! If you are on any kind of budget, like most of us are, and aren’t going solely on customer service reviews, I would do my do diligence and shop around!

Great prices we are in the Kent area and been using them for almost 3 years now. Customer service is awesome always helpful. We set up an auto refill plan with them and they are on great on keeping our propane tank full for us without us having to worrying.

Just spoke with Alan in the office and what a nice guy!! I felt honest up front and straight shooter. A big difference from our old carrier who has less then courteous office manager!! Maritime.

We signed up with Peak Propane after PacWest sold out to awful Suburban (PacWest didn't even consult with us about transferring all of our info to them!). Please don't sell out to Suburban! :-)

Ditch your propane company and switch to Peak! Heidi was really wonderful to work with - she answered all of my questions with patience, information and kindness. We just bought a home in the area and the property was with CHS, within the first 30 seconds on the phone with Heidi our decision was clear: switch to Peak. We're looking forward to a long relationship with this local business.

Didn’t think I could ever love a propane company, but I LOVE Peak Propane. We had been with the same propane company for years and heard about this company; so glad we switched! Family-owned, with very fair prices. And incredible service from Alan & Garrett!! Thank you Peak Propane, we are customers for life!! :)

12/30/22: Thank you so much for your kindness today. Not only were they open at 8am when we found out we were totally out of propane, but the service individuals were very kind to us for our stupid mistake. Our gauge is broken, and its hard to tell especially this being our first winter with propane. I called at 8:30 and within 50m they called us back and said they could get us an emergency fill by the afternoon.The gentleman who serviced us today was exactly that, a gentleman. He was out here 11:30 and made sure everything was great. Gave us recommendations, answered all our questions, and was just a genuinely kind human being. We will be switching over to this company for this reason moving forward.Today, an emergency fill was only $150 so we are so gracious to not have been gouged for OUR mistake. Thank you thank you thank you!

I called Peak Propane at 5:30 pm on a weeknight in a panic. We were completely out of propane and had no way to cook and no heat. Our previous company was supposed to have us on a schedule, but had failed. Peak came the next day and added over 800 gallons to our tank. They were amazingly quick on short notice and with us being new customers. We’re now on Peak’s automatic service. Thank you!!!
