Well I recently had to order a part from these guys. It was a specialized large fuse up in the engine area called a resistor or a relay. We weren't sure which of the five different fuses that are assigned to the fan blower for the heater inside the car. It was a $23 part, they charged me a fee for ordering it and a delivery charge. Plus it took over 2 weeks. Hopefully it will solve my problem. Everything else aside, customer service has always been excellent here no matter what happens and no matter what I pay. And I do completely appreciate all the help I have gotten every time. Thanks you guys.

I have never left this site without an answer or a solution to my problem. The counter people are knowledgeable, honest and calm (even when dealing with a frustrated mother of 4 with one bawling his eyes out and another having a complete meltdown! Ya that happened!)I rely on them for all my auto issues.

I've done business with this store for a long time, and to be honest, I usually just use autozone, which is about the same normally, cheap parts, you should be careful with the remanufactured parts, even though they have a lifetime warranty, I mean how many times do you want to remove and reinstall a part, really?
