Delicious meat is reasonably priced. I don't trust grocery store meat anymore, so this is a very nice alternative. If you have dogs, ask for soup bones.

Wow! These folks were highly recommended, and they delivered! We had 40 lbs each of smoked brisket, pulled pork and the most delicious, marinated and grilled chicken for my son's wedding this past weekend. Thanks to Chef Ky Loop for picking everything up and preparing the sides to go with this wonderful feast. Special shoutout to Darci with Hanny's Homestyle Catering that made this whole thing happen. This place has the most stunning, tasteful, flavorful snack mix and regular Jerky I've tasted in along time. Can't wait to get more. And also plenty of room. For big rigs. Well 1 or 2 at a time lol

Stopped by for the first time, today and its pretty small. Not alot of variety. Picked up two T-bone steaks. I can't say they were great, as that has a lot to do with how you cook them. But, I don't think the quality was as good as another butcher I go to regularly.

I have been doing business with Olson's for more than 20 years. Not the closest shop to my home. Recently I had a bunch of wildcaught tuna (I caught) processed and vacuum sealed. Quality finish work. My vacuum sealer is not up to the task. Seasonally their smoked turkey is the bomb.

Five stars is Not Enough stars to leave this place it is amazing best butcher Place we've ever been to my husband is a certified chef and he has never been more pleased with the quality of product the staff is amazing and it takes the time to explain what everything is they are even willing to give you samples if they have it I will no longer be going to any other but their place or meat place they will have our business from here on out highly highly recommend you try the Elk landjaegers their smoked salmon and Teriyaki jerky some of the best I have ever had in my entire life thank you guys for the amazing service and food

I just ordered a beef 1/2 from them. I went in to pick out which cuts of meat I wanted on Christmas eve. The place way crawling with customers. It didn't seem to bother them a bit that I picked such a busy day to pick out all the cuts. They were very friendly, patient and helpful.The quality of the meat they offer is the best I've ever eaten. This is the 2nd half I've ordered from them.
