The express check-in system is the opposite of express. Be prepared to stand in a queue of 3-7 people at about 2-8 mins each. This is just to check in for an appointment or order walk in services. Meanwhile the people at the counter don’t assist anyone and redirect them to the continuously growing line.

Organized, clean, and quiet facility. The nurse who collected blood was very nice. In and out in under 10 minutes.

Made 1 appointment , get there and no vial for the draw, they ordered but didn't receive them. Made 2nd appointment and the computers are down and no hard copy so they now have the vial, they just have no idea what my doctor ordered...no 3rd attempt going somewhere else.Desk clerks were nice.

Check in is an easy scan. I always get there early so don't have to wait. It might be different for those who don't plan ahead and expect instant service. I always find the "vampires" (as I like to call them) very pleasant and caring.

I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes to get my labs drawn. My one year old needed his thyroid levels checked, and the wait was well over an hour for a baby (and we got there early in attempt to avoid the waiting). I’ve had to walk out of the lab on at least one occasion without a lab because I ran out of time before my next appointment (and I always give myself at least an hour)). I get that they have staffing issues, but these wait times have been like this for over a year now. Given the time frame, I think there are issues that go deeper than simply ‘staffing issues’.Go somewhere else to get your labs drawn if you can.

I easily made an appointment online and when I got to the office I had the option to wait in my car until they were ready to see me which was really nice. Even then I only had to wait about 2-3 minutes before they texted me to come in. I was in and out in probably 10 mins or less. Thank you guys!

Worst lab ever! I would rate them a zero, but that's not an option. Calling the number on the website sends you back a "locate me" function on the website. After completing that you are sent to the same phone number you called earlier. But the options on the phone tree do not put you in touch with anyone, it just sends you back to the website again. A dead letter box. I can't imagine who designed this business strategy. Moving on......
