I am normally not one to write reviews. However, I felt I needed to express how impressed I was with Fugate Ford in Enumclaw! Kurt Kranc was great to work with! He was able to text more pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Was great at answering questions once we got to the dealership. He did his best at giving me best trade in for my vehicle and best price on my new one. During finance extended warranties were offered, but not shoved down our throats, which I appreciated. A few days later Joel called to follow up to see if I had any questions, as Kurt was out of the office. Also, the financing folks emailed to follow up on extended warranties, since I didn't purchase at the time of the sale. They were just seeing if I had any questions. Overall, this was my best experience buying a vehicle. Usually, I always try to sale and buy private party. However, I decided to give these guys a try. I am so glad I did! Best experience ever! Thank you, Fugate Ford!!! Next time I need a vehicle this is where I will be going! I recommend this place! 10/10

The sales person Aaron was by far the easiest person to work with. He made our experience easy and stress-free. We purchased a truck on a Saturday and ended up going back Sunday and bought another car from him. He has gained 2 customers for life!!!

Fugate Ford, great buying experience. We bought a new Mazda 3 and a used F-250 Super Duty.
Their service department, however, is the worst. Love to give it negative stars. Stay away. I've had several issues with their service department. The worst was the botched brake job on our Mazda 3. I wrote them a letter listing all the issues, no reply. Given all the bad reviews I've seen, no surprise.
The latest was with our Super Duty. When we bought it, their delivery "safety check" said all was great. We've only put maybe 500 miles on it, and it needs rear brakes. The Ford dealership i took it to for service couldn't believe they sold it to us in this condition.

Service Department is awesome.
Vince has always been a guy I can trust. A handshake deal is what I'm about, a man's word is everything.
Fugate has the same philosophy. I don't need smoke blown at me, I want results.

What a great great experience we had with fugate ford. We have never been treated so special on every bit of help we needed . our sales person has to be the very best we have ever met. He went way beyond our expectations . I strongly suggest anyone looking for a Ford vehicle please do yourself a favor and go to enumclaw fugate ford. Ask for sparky. This company is top notch.

Excellent customer service! I worked with Kurt in sales to purchase a new pickup truck and from start to finish the experience was professional, quick and easy. This is the way buying a vehicle should be. I traveled 8 hours to get this vehicle. Highly recommend.

Mediocre experience overall. Staff in sales and finance were friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. The sales person I worked with was extremely tentative and responsive leading up to the sale but as soon as the sale went through, quit responding and was unwilling to communicate further. Prior to buying the vehicle the sales person I worked with claimed that Fugate Ford would go out of their way to help out the customer if anything were to come up post-sale. This is clearly not the case.
