I received someone else's confirmation and return details last year and this year and have contacted H&R Block regarding this and they don't know how to fix it. I would never trust a company who is unable to correct this simple request and I feel sorry for the person who's information is being sent to me. I have reported this to the IRS scam department and hope for others sake that it's fixed soon.

Our H&R Block tax preparer was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, what this business charges for simple 1040 tax returns is unreasonable. Over $200 for simple taxes. Save your money and do it yourself at home for half the cost.

After having my taxes done I was double charged and then sent to collections for the unpaid double billing. All mistakes made be H&R, I will never use thier services again and I will not recommend them to anyone. H&R Block still hasn't handled this incident appropriately. I am currently fighting with the collection agency (who is harasing and claims I still owe the outstanding debt) to cancle this claim and clear my credit report. The Owner of said franchise refuses to do their job and would rather make it my problem! Not to be truted! Zero accountability, Zero customer service...

If you’re waiting for an overdue return contact the office. After waiting more than 2 months I called the office and was told my return was in the office waiting for a signature and payment. The dude alluded there were a number returns waiting for customer information. Insult to injury, they charged me $248 for service I paid $160 for last season. I won’t be back.

I went in to do my taxes and I've never just dropped my info off and left, I didn't intend to but that was the option I was given. I ended up being filed as single instead of head of household, which I have been for the last 3 years and I just felt like I needed to be there to be asked little questions for more clarity. It's an alright place but I felt like an annoyance for some reason.

Arlen is a tax god — super knowledgeable and can handle anything! He always finds more money than I pre determined which is clearly why I leave it up to the tax professionals lol.Extremely grateful for him and the team at H&R Block here in town to handle and and all tax related things! 10/10 would recommend.
