Brought our vehicle in for some warranty work. I'm giving these guys four stars because they closed out strong. If they would have communicated a bit better in the beginning on when we would be able to expect things to happen service wise it would have been 5 stars.

I saw a motorcycle on Facebook Marketplace. It was listed by Fugate Ford in Enumclaw. It was the 2009 Ninja ZX-RR!!! A one-of-a kind 225mph racing bike that Kawasaki raced in the World MotoGP!!! It's about a $25,000+ motorcycle they had it listed for about $2000 after taxes, licensing and a $200 DOCUMENT FEE. I called them immediately! They said they had hundreds of people interested and they just wanted to get rid of it because they don't deal in motorcycles. So I told them if it runs good and drives good I'll buy it now with my credit card and come get it! So, I did! I went and bought a helmet, expensive riding clothes for the rain and took a bus out to grab it! Well, it was dark and raining. So I drove it very slow all the way home, but it felt gutless. I couldn't get it to go faster than 70mph! So I called them and let them know there was a problem when I got home. The next day I called Kawasaki the manufacturer to find out if it needed higher octane fuel or something?? They had me read them the VIN number on the bike. She said it was a 2009 Ninja 250r... a common starter bike for beginners. That's a $20,000+ difference in value. So, I called them. And that's when it starts. They bounced me around like a basketball between dealers trying to get my money back. They told me last night that they would just refund me $700 to just keep the bike. So I agreed on that. I told him could I get that in writing? He said his boss wanted me to tell him the whole situation and he'd give me it in writing. And refund the $700. He said keep your phone on and beside you. So I did. All night. And no call all night. Then today ANOTHER dealer from Fugate calls me, talking over me and not letting me get a word in. Telling me forget all that, he has the bike sold and just get the bike back right now. Really? Just get stuck in Enumclaw for you guys? How about you guys come pick up your own garbage. This whole experience has just been a Holiday nightmare. Biggest scam, rip off I've ever seen.

sold my friend a used lemon! I was with him when he bought it and we trusted them. The salesman and I think manager were talking the truck up and how great it was and what a great deal he was getting. He paid cash and not even 2 months in and the transmission went. They would not help him or discount the repair. They said too bad you signed everything. I would never recommend them!

If I could give these guys six stars I would.Cody was great! before and especially after the sale. No pressure selling, clean lot and a professional team with good pricing on quality vehicles. I will definitely go there first when looking to buy a new,(or new to me) vehicle.

I ordered a 2023 F350 from Fugate. The truck came before anticipated and they assisted with adding some aftermarket upgrades at a great price. I would highly recommend them. See Shayne in Sales and Keegan in service!

Had an extremely pleasant and enjoyable experience working with Kyle to purchase a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat! Kyle went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. The entire team from sales, service, to finance were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire car buying process. Would highly recommend this dealership!

Buying my new F150 at Fugate Ford in Enumclaw was an exceptionally easy and pleasant experience. Aaron, my sales representative, is extraordinarily kind and knowledgeable. He facilitated a smooth & fairly priced transaction within the dealership... then, went beyond the call of duty to arrange a spray-in liner and tonneau cover at LineX before delivery to my home 54 miles away. It was so worth the drive to Enumclaw where it was possible to have a thorough test drive on rural roads without distraction of traffic and red-lights. Aaron followed up several times to make sure I was completely satisfied and answered questions. Highly recommended.

Like a lot of folks, I try to avoid having to bring a vehicle in to the Ford dealership, due to my perception of the increased costs involved, but having an issue that my local shop has been unable to decipher, I decided to cut my losses and lean on the Fugate Service Department's in-depth expertise and diagnosis tooling to solve the intermittent errors my Escape has been experiencing.Getting an appointment was the worst part of the process; I had a 28-day wait to get into the shop, which seems to be the case for most auto work done. Not having a backup vehicle while my SUV was parked in the driveway, I got pretty good at Uber'ing for essentials. Finally, the day of my appointment arrived.Dropping off the vehicle was easy; the scheduling admin verified my vehicle and took the keys, along with some notes regarding what work I had recently done to diagnose the issue. Being assured that I could get any parts replaced back after the work was done, I hitched a ride back home to wait for the results.Eric, the Service tech assigned to my job, was very communicative, and successfully completed early diagnostics. The quote to proceed with repairs was a bit steep, so I asked him his professional perspective on that particular engine, and the likelihood of getting a good RoI on the cost involved. He patiently went through all of my concerns, and left me with a peace of mind to be willing to proceed.The parts were ordered, the work completed the next day, and I came by at 5pm to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, the box of removed parts (barely used parts I had just replaced at the other shop) were not with the scheduling admin, who told me to ask the cashier for the box. The Cashier did not know what I was asking for, and directed me back to the service department. They gave a call out to the tech who worked on my rig, and i was told I could pick them up on Monday.Thus began a series of phone calls to the service department, with no return calls. I am left with the impression that this just isn't a priority with them. Not a big deal, since I probably am unable to return them anyways after installation, but it's the principal of the matter for me, and if one of these parts fails in the future, I have the replacement already on hand.Overall, I'm very happy to have my vehicle running effectively, and appreciate the courtesy of the staff involved. I just wish there wasn't such a backlog of work orders, and that non-drive-able vehicles could be prioritized ahead of recall-type work. Also, improved communications within the shop seem to be an opportunity for improvement.

The quality Of customer service is only bested by the meticulous care each vehicle receives even after you drive it home these men stand behind their products and they make sure that your vehicle is right for you in the work that you do are the fun that you're prepared to have. It's a blessing to have folks like this in our community if you're looking for a new or used Ford Lincoln Mazda you could no better than Fugate Ford of Enumclaw Washington. Blessings!

(Update) They contacted again. They apologized. So we decided to give chance to fix issue. We had oil change scheduled for 8/24. He took time off so he can take his car in. When he call them to confirm the time, they told us can't find out our appointment. They told us to reschedule on another day. He can't take another time off because already take time off today. I am not happy about their response.

17 minutes ago NEW What a waste of time. My Husband struck a deal with Brandon to sell his truck for 20k. Anyways, Brandon had already looked over his truck a month back so it wasn't like it was his first time looking it over. My husband drives an hour in a half after work to sell it, he gets there and Brandon says " well the markets change so I'll have to see about the new price, my husband was pissed. If you don't want to buy the truck for 20k that's fine, just don't BS people and waste their time. My husband was telling me Brandon was in the Army, so was I and we pride ourself on having integrity, so we don't claim this person. What a joke this place is.

We had an amazing experience at Fugate! This is the second time buying a car through them, and I doubt I’ll go anywhere else. Richard (Pud) Scott helped us out and made the experience super easy and simple. He knew a ton about the features on my car and made sure I was comfortable and knew everything too. 10/10

Simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. Richard in Sales made the entire process simple and worked with me on my time constraints to get me in and out as quickly as possible. First time buyer at Fugate and now a lifelong customer- bravo to the entire team at Fugate Ford.

Let’s be real who likes the process of buying a vehicle? Well I have to honest I hate it! BUT…. This was the one and that only time we got exactly what we wanted & didn’t have to play the stupid price game. Fair price, awesome service and super awesome experience all the way around!
