Blew my tire on the way up to Crystal and these guys were super fast, responsive, courteous and generous. As a single woman, I couldn't have asked for better, safer service at the crack of dawn.

My son had a tail light out, and he got pulled over by the pierce county cops at subway in auburn. We told the cops we were on our way to pick up my sons truck. We would be there in 45 minutes. Not only did they call Fred's towing which was not open on weekends, they took my son to Tacoma on a bogus charge and when we got to the subway in time they had called Fred's, the furtherest tow company away in enumclaw to the toon of $624. For 12 hours stay. They charged us $381 for hookup, $66. Storage, and $127. for after hours. Total $624.51. What a bogus company. I will be contacting our lawyer on this bogus charges from the police dept to this towing company. Signed Suzie Regeth 425-273-0352.

There driver was rude and also blocked the road completely so no emergency vehicle could pass on multiple occasions. There lazy fat drivers with no work ethic it seemed.

Compared to the competition this is one of the better places around to realistically do business with if you're trying to find someone cheaper it's not worth the effort just call these guys. I called Pro tow got a quote for over 600 for 18 mile trip called these guys got it for 280 the numbers don't lie. Response time : 8/10 Customer service : 10/10 If I'm ever in a bind around this area I'll give them a call

Last night I accidentally got myself into a ditch and I called them but dispatch said they were tending to a big accident and that they'd call me back to let me know if they could come they never called and out of the blue a driver showed up but I had already made arrangements with another company to do the job (they asked for a 50% deposit) and when I tried explaining it to the driver he just unloaded a cascade of insults while squaring off to try to get me to fight then he finally started to leave screaming insults and racial slurs at me.

I work for a property owner, and I try to have this company help with an abandoned vehicle. There was only one person in the office who could apparently print out or find the proper paperwork, and no one else could figure out how to do it. When one employee came in, he began talking and I had no idea he was even talking to me, until he took his hoodie off and got off his cell phone and looked at me... I had to return 3 times get some of the paperwork I was told that I needed.I then was given incorrect information regarding the situation (inconsistent with RCW 46.55.010). We went with a different towing company.This is a tow truck company, I don't expect stellar customer service... I did expect a little more than what I got. I wouldn't even expect a "how may I help you," because, again it's a towing company dealing probably with a lot of angry people, but "hi" would have worked.I didn't even have a Yelp account before this (just used it to look at reviews), but seeing there's no current reviews and the this convinced me to open an account.

I have been dealing with Fred's Towing for over 35 years. They have always treated me fairly. Never got a bad part and when I call them or show up to the yard and need a part they no if they have it and where it's at. Every time I needed a tow they were rite there and didn't charge me a arm and a leg..

Let's just say it was an unfortunate event in the first place to have your car towed. But They were amazing to my son and I. They helped us out to have the car moved to a place to get repaired. Excellent customer service from Mark. Thank you all for making the situation easier for me. Your the best!

I called Fred's at 9 pm on Monday night. I explained my daughter was in his area (5hours from home) and she locked her keys in her car. He went right over, was there within 15 minutes, got her car unlocked and got her on her way. He was prompt and so so nice. I am grateful for their help when I was so far way. I highly recommend this company!!

I would not recommend to anyone! They were extremely rude and wouldn’t be reasonable with price regardless of the situation. They wouldn’t allow any payments to be made they just resort to trying to take your property. They will charge ridiculous unfair amounts for their time that they spent messing around which is super unprofessional (two of their guys getting stuck, one for over an HOUR after they already helped me), it cost me 1300 for something that was very quick for them to do on flat ground and took less than 2 min. DO NOT give them your business or let them assist they don’t care about customers at all, this company is extremely shady and price gouging to benefit themselves..look elsewhere for help! You’ve been warned!

This company is a complete fraud they will charge ridiculous unfair amounts no matter the situation. Our tow guy took his time getting to us (3 1/2 hours)when we weren't that far away for us to only get pulled out of the snow (after that we needed nothing else from them and were in our own vehicle) which took literally 2 minutes to do so and then he got himself stuck for over an hour! My bf helped the whole time and on our way down the tow guy also proceeded to help his buddy who got himself stuck as well and waste more of our time. We were then forced to pay $1300 for all the time THEY spent messing around! They didn't care we helped or the fact that we were freezing and just wanted to get home they wouldn't give us a fair reasonable amount after all the crap & got cops involved. They judged my bf solely based of his vehicle and said we could afford it.. they even tried to take our property which is why we were forced to pay and the fact it was going on 1 in the morning. What they are doing is completely wrong they'll take advantage!! I hope this helps others I would highly advise seeking other help. You've been warned!
