I was supposed to have a car seat delivered for my daughters birthday on the 15th of May. It was ordered on the 8th and first delivery attempt was on the 14th, which I never heard anyone knock or anything. Then there was the second and third attempt to deliver in which I literally left notes on my front door as to where to securely leave the package and it still was not left nor did I ever even hear any knock at my door. I called customer service where they took my phone number to give to the driver so they were able to contact me when they were coming. Today is now the 27th and I still haven’t received the package and haven’t been contacted about it either. I had to go on and ask for it to be held at the Walgreens not even a quarter mile away from where I live since they can’t seem to figure out either how to read the notes or how to use the phone and contact me. Extremely frustrating! Won’t use their services again.
