Siara Jay, Branch Manager with Evergreen Home Loans was one of the most positive parts of my recent purchase and sale of my home. In the middle of the process of my sale things went off track and my mom passed away during the process. Siara Jay, was with me giving me updates and options if I had to move to a bridge loan, which in the end I did not need to. Siara was on top of everything and had my closing documents to my Escrow team and was days ahead of all the others involved. She sent me a condolence card and some yummy cookies and flowers as a sign of support of all I was going through. In the end, she become more of a virtual friend in the process and I cant thank her enough for helping me get through such an emotional experience of buying, selling and the loss of mom all at the same time. I don’t think I could have traveled this experience the same way without the support and grace she provided. I would, and will, recommend Siara Jay and Evergreen to anyone I know looking for a lending solution. Thank Siara, you’re a GEM.

We used an in house program called the step-up loan which allowed us to be competitive and purchase our house before our primary residence sold or was even on the market. Obviously house buying is nerve racking enough, but to carry two loans made us extremely nervous. Siara and her team made us feel comfortable with it because of her knowledge, expertise, and the way she explained everything to us.Siara was happy to talk to us whenever needed to explain things even if it was explaining the same thing to us until we understood it. Siara truly made this transition between the step up loan and the eventual refinance seemless. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction.
