Dr Heather is a callous and incompetent vet. We brought our terminally-ill 15 year old cat in to be euthanized. They kept us waiting for over 20 minutes even through we arrived several minutes early. When Dr Heather came in she misidentified Arwen as a male but who cares right, just a stupid cat. I believe she didn't bother learning Arwen's gender because Arwen meant absolutely nothing to her. In Dr Heather's eyes my cat was just a THING to be deposed of. She breezed into the room and made it clear she didn't care one iota about Arwen. For some reason she saw fit to ask us a bunch of sentimental questions about Arwen even though she made it clear through her actions that she didn't care. I am so sorry I ever took my cat to Country Animal Hospital. She deserved better. If Dr Heather would care to explain herself I am pretty easy to contact. She might be defensive but everything that I put in the review actually happened.

I've been taking my animals here for over 10 years and I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else.

Been going here a couple years now, I have an 11 year old gsd, and wouldnt trust the care of my dog with anyone else. Great staff, great care and always friendly. Few times I was short on finances, told them what I had to work with and worked within my budget

They are wonderful. My dogs have been patients there for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for routine visits.

I took my cat Percival to see Dr. Heather over the weekend for the first time and Perci and I were both impressed. They were very gentle with my old man cat (he's 15) and did a good job with blood work too. My cat is generally very relaxed at the vet and this place was no exception. I like their weekend hours for my schedule but they go as late as 6pm on weekdays. Dr Heather was very well informed and I trust the plan she has laid out for my cat. Even though she wasn't in on Monday she had a different vet (didn't catch her name) call me with the follow up results of the blood work first thing. The other vet was equally knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. Most appreciated! Will be taking my boyfriend's cat to see Dr.Heather this weekend. Thank you country animal hospital!

This is the only vet in Enumclaw. Honestly, I gave them one star because zero isn't an option. We took our dog here at 5:30, with the understanding that they close at 6. We knew it was tight for time, but he was bitten by another dog and needed a couple of stitches. We arrived and were asked if there was anything they could help with...we went into the story with FIVE employees listening. They agreed that we needed stitches and quickly refused because everyone was helping with another animal. We asked if we could wait and be squeezed in before they close at 6, the older blonde woman told us they close at 6:30 but didn't have time to give the anesthetic and complete the stitches. Really? We had taken our dog here before, so he was "their patient." Save yourself some time and go straight to sumner veterinary hospital. Country Animal will no longer be getting my business - it's funny how people in small towns think they give great service...the small-town, friendly, ethical thing to do would have been to put a couple of stitches in and potentially stay a few minutes after closing time.

Took my 4 year old lab for a rabies shot yesterday and my 12 week old lab for a round of shots. Had a great experience. All of the staff was friendly. The doc was patient and answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Prices were fare and they asked if the pups could have treats instead of just giving them out. I have a vet within walking distance and this office is worth the 20 min drive!
