I'm a senior and was extremely sick with Covid. I've been a customer since before they took over Washington Mutual and became Chase. I sent my partner to make my deposit for me, so I could cover my credit card because I recently had to purchase a new refrigerator. They would not allow him to deposit into my account. I called them and explained that I had Covid. They said it doesn't matter, you still have to come in. I said people could get infected, she said use the drive through and hung up on me. I drove there in my pajamas and went through the drive through. I told the teller that I had Covid and she may want to wear gloves to handle my ID, debit card and money. She left and came back and said that I now need to deposit through the ATM. I said no, I'm not depositing this amount of money through an ATM. They were horrible, extremely rude and unprofessional. Very poor customer service.

I have used this branch for multiple reasons over the last 6 months. The staff is always very friendly and have gone out of their way to assist me. I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a national brand with a hometown feel.

I have had personal transactions done with this location numerous times and am always greeted with helpful and eager staff. They are always so quick to answer my questions, they handle my banking with professionalism, and they are all kind caring individuals. Would highly recommend!

Worst! The Chase Bank Branch in Enumclaw, WA! I have been a Chase Bank customer since before it became Chase, maybe 40 years, and I can tell you hands down Chase in Enumclaw hires the least competent bankers. I have been at this branch 11 years hoping things will get better, but the new hires, each time are no better. The bankers don't know what they are doing and they create more messes than they fix. We will drive to another town to do our banking. Run, Chase Bank in Enumclaw is the worst.

I didn't hate it. I'm just not big on banks. I don't believe that a large corporation should be able to manipulate their books, create money by typing it into existence, and then charging their customers interest on the money that they created out of nothing. It's called "fractional banking." We need to make that illegal. Look it up.

This is a terrible branch of Chase and is a poor reflection of the company. Very poorly trained staff. First of all I am a "private client" with a significant business relationship, the staff of this branch refused to process a normal transaction for my client. My client called me and I asked to speak to the staff, they refused as talking on a patron's cell phone is forbidden, they said they would call me. I never got a call. Subsequently I drove to my local branch and engaged my private banker and interrupted the manager to intercede. When I called my client back I was told the problem was resolved as the Chase representative was "mistaken".... in the mean time I never got a call back, had to disrupt my day to deal with a problem with an untrained staff person who mistreated my client. NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH RUN BY INCOMPETENTS. I wish I could post a zero score.

This is the worst Chase branch I have ever dealt with. A poorly trained staff that abuses your clients. As a private banking client I expect professional service and my clients treated with respect. All I ask is that normal transactions will be processed without disrupting my day. The staff is to unprofessional avoid this branch at all costs... your business will suffer if you go there. I bank at Chase far away and never experienced such rude incompetent treatment.

I've been happy with Chase Bank Enumclaw, but frustrated with a situation today. I am paperless but wanted to pick up a statement at the bank. There is a charge of $6 per statement. This seems crazy considering I have saved them money for printing/paper/labor/postage by being paperless. I just went to my settings and will no longer be paperless. It's the principle here. I have to go to the local library and print my statement. Pretty inconvenient for me right now. This is Julie, not Kenzie.

Honestly the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I made some accounts before going on a two month motorcycle trek from Seattle so south america. They were supoosed to send a debit card to the place I would be staying in San Francisco. Upon arriving they informed me they had entered the wrong address an it would not be coming, when I was applying I told Anthony at the Enumclaw branch he should double check the numbers and he said "NO this is what I do, I'm good". So I went to the chase bank in benicia, no problem we can two day ship you one in the US. I completely changed my route, drove three days through the desert to Laredo Texas. Upon arriving the card isn't here. I call, they say chase canceled the shipment and they can't even tell me why. Ive been two days now in a hotel now trying to figure this out and nothing. The branch manager Jason called me and that's great, I found some ways he can help me. BUT HE HASNT ANSWERED HIS PHONE FOR SIX CALLS!!!! Also you cant get a hold of a teller without a debit card, WHICH HE CANCELED!! WORST BANK EVER, RUN IF YOU STILL CAN!!!!

Once again another disastrous use of chase bank they have the wordt banking practices around and the people here are just drones who can do nothing about it
