Had a great time the manager Steve from the Enumclaw store was awesome. Very helpful. I had a bad arm. He put in my light on my jeep which needed to be able to take a few things apart to get to the lightbulb. It was raining outside and he didn’t care he said I’m here to help you, get your light working great personality. Great person loves his job. I give him a five star. Jim, keep up the good work. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Generally decent, but have had multiple bad experiences lately. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff goofed around in the back. I'm done with AutoZone.

This is the only auto parts store I go to. Very kind and patient staff, much better than the old group, I have very little car knowledge but they still make sure I get what I came for , and if not, they’re happy to do returns.

Just put almost a hundred dollars of gas in my truck and decided I should get a locking gas cap. Went in to the Enumclaw store and told the counter guy what I needed and not only did he get me the best deal , he put it on for me ! And was very nice the whole time. I live in Enumclaw and I usually go to AutoZone when I need something for my truck cuz they go out of their way to help

I stopped in at this location today to pick something up. The staff that was working told me about previous employees and that they stole product from there. I know one of the previous employees so I reached out to them and told them about the slanderous comments. He called me back and said he had spoke to thestores Human Resources Manager "Chad" and that he would stop it. This type of behavior in a public business is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed and resolved. Has it?

Always have great experience with manager in training Jeremy. He was originally at the Bonney Lake autozone but then transferred to the Enumclaw location. So I had go where the best service is at. Jeremy has exceptional customer service and goes over and beyond with his customers. You know when Jeremy is working at the store because of the positive environment you feel when you enter the store. Thank you for your professional service.
