Never delivers on time. Follow my package. They drove right by my place twice. And decided to just go back without delivering it. If i had a choice id always choose fedex. Even usps is more reliable.

Twice my package was delivered to the wrong address supposed to be delivered to McCleary WA and it gets delivered to Elma WA almost like the driver don't read the delivery address completely not really happy with the service at this point puts everything on hold for the costumer not good business

I was saying some mean stuff. I'm editing because Idk blaming this store as the target is right. My problem is ups in general . But just terrible experiences! I've had issues on nearly every package ever received and one on the only one I ever sent. And on the ones not received they want me , they said my address was incorrect when really they couldn't find me even though they delivered just a week before a package just fine. ( with no car or bus bear by ) to go a half hour away to pick up a package paid to be delivered to my address not their store. Hopefully after getting my daughter's gift so late it will still reach her in time for x mas ! I know I won't be using ups for the shipment thats for sure.Note : I have never had a problem with a specific store and after many phone calls would get my packages very late. All delivery drivers have seen respectful of property even if they couldn't find the address the first and even one time second go.
