Customer service is the worst. Pizza was delicious can’t lie about that but the customer service really sucks. I don’t know who it is but a lady likes to play phone games. First time she answered said a few words and then hung up. Tried to call back and someone keeps answering and hanging up. Communication is key. I really thought this new to me find was going to be a great option for lunch but it looks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I can only compare this pizza with other frozen food aisle pizzas, because that's what it reminds me of. The pre-made crust is horrible. And it was overcooked and burnt around the edge. It's not the worst Pizza in Elma, just second worst... Having said that there's no good pizza in Elma. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other food because they have a huge menu. But I won't be back for any more pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: Well it's a mini mart/ Pizza right next door. No stairs that's a plus lolol Handicap parking easy access

EGG has almost everything that u want ...When I order I get what I want and I am super picky . The food here is great and it's still hot when I get it delivered. My favorite pizza that I get is hand toss with ? green peppers .

I have stopped here for lunch every day for the last 3 months being as my work is close by I've spent a lot of money to help support this small business today I showed up 5 minutes early for lunch and and was waiting for my coworkers when I was greeted by the owner outside. She explained to me that she had seen my truck the night before when I had pulled off to check my phone because it was the safest spot available she then advised me that I was trespassing this was kind of rude as just yesterday I bought lunch and she gave me free cookies several weeks ago I also ordered one large pizza when I went to go pick it up there were three pizzas none of which I had ordered they have not only lost my business but my respect as well

We love the EGG!! We are a family of six with 3 generations living in one household. So it’s not always easy to find a place where everybody gets what they want. Especially when some of us are on a low carb lifestyle. The EGG has so many options, for every one. Even no pork options which my husband truly appreciates. He loves the hot dogs! So glad you guys are local. We’ve gone here twice, first time was delivery and the second was pickup. Both times were great service! Will definitely go again. My mom can’t stop raving about the chili, and plans to try every soup. Lol I plan for a cheat day to try the chili fries ??.

Just called them at 8:45 for delivery, they said that they could not deliver a pizza under 20.00, so I said ok can I get a 20.00 pizza delivered, then she went on to say, well we don't have any drivers, hmmm, but you just said that I needed to order a bigger pizza, I had to hang up, before I got ready rude with her.

Really nice people and their pizza is so yummy!! I really like their breadsticks as well!! My great dane unfortunately went running out the door barking at the delivery person which got me distracted and made me forget to tip. I also feel horrible about the way my dog reacted, but know I will tip good next time. Our pizza was so delicious
