I went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist went over and above to make my pricing correct! She definitely didn’t have to do what she did! I appreciate such great customer service! The whole store is so friendly!

Actually they should be able to take passport photos, but 'It's the weekend and the camera is gone!' So don't rely on getting a passport photo taken at Ellensburg Rite Aid.

Switched pharmacies due to Safeway half the time out of medicines and issues with staff when trying to request refills. We have had no issues with rite aid pharmacy. Medicine ready in 10-30 mins never out of stock and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend rite aid pharmacy to everyone we know in town that has had issues with other pharmacies.

I have always loved going into Rite Aid. They make you feel as you are important and well cared for. They greet you with a "Welcome to Rite Aid" with a smile on their face and eager to help you. I enjoy just walking around and checking out all of their products and great prices.
Their pharmacy is the BEST! If they don't have a product that you need, they will help you find it. LOVE the pharmacy!

I can never get my meds from this pharmacy, including ones I needed after an ER visit. Their computers have been down multiple times when I’ve gone in there, so they can never find my insurance or prescription in the system.The people working at the pharmacy are always rude and last time I had to wait for them to finishing texting before they could help me. They also say they will call you or text you when your prescription is ready, which they don’t. I finally just gave up and took my business across the street to Super One and their pharmacy is so kind and helpful. I always get my meds right away there!The regular people working the main registers are always so nice, but it doesn’t make up for the pharmacy or how short staffed this store seems to be in general. Like do you really have to make one poor employee dash from register to register to help a giant line of customers all by themselves? Come on.

The pharmacy is really rude and unhelpful, like I'm inconveniencing them by picking up my prescription. Also, there's usually just one employee at the front counter trying to handle two registers and help customers on the floor all at once. The whole place seems very poorly managed and the employees seem overworked. To be clear, the employees at the register (not the pharmacy) are always perfectly nice. Someone named Kaleigh helped me last time I was there and she was really helpful. It seems like more of an upper management issue.
