Clean, modern truck stop. Pilot finally accepted other food options than the old roller grill in their stores and its very welcome. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly. Not too much parking though

Reason for 1 star is you let RV’s camp in the truck parking. It’s disrespectful and dangerous for the truck drivers who work hard on the road and knowing it’s hard to find truck parking. Hope corporate sees this and have something done about it

Restroom was clean so that's a plus. Service was great too. But compared to other pilots, this one is very lacking in regards to products.

Restroom is normally clean and people are waiting in line during peak. Wifi for free is slow about 2-3 mbps not sure about the premium one. People are normally not much somehow. Overall environment is friendly and super clean since staff are frequently cleaning. With Arby’s inside. 6 dollars for two burgers. Recommend overall!
