I was reminded today that most customers only take time to leave a review if it is a bad one . Reflecting on this I am taking the time to leave a good review. I was at the local store today upgrading speakers in my jeep . I was ready to upgrade whatever was needed including new deck with screen if need be . They did not try to oversell at all just recommended only what was needed and nothing extra .

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but their prices our way over the top. Wanted a remote start system in my Toyota Highlander. They quoted me over 700.00. I went to Audio Solutions and had the same system installed. 350.00 out the door.

Tried & tried to get a surround sound system in our home for months. They said parts were in but not all, when I called again they said our job was bumped for another one. Poor communication & poor service.

I went to my local car stereo store "Mc Nutt Bothers", to get a quote on an install on my 1989 Jeep Cherokee, I went in and I was greeted by one of the mcnut brothers who had plenty of car stereo knowledge. He ended up researching a different speaker for me that ended a better fit for my needs than what he had in stock which cost me less money. One of the best parts about the "Mc Nutt Brothers" INC is the integrity and work ethic of all the employees. I was originally quoted for a 3-hour install job, but after getting into the installation it ended up going over by 2 hours But they stuck by their word and charged me only for the 3 hours that they quoted me. While I was waiting there it a very family-friendly environment. While my car was being worked on time went by very fast while I was conversating with one of the owners. With today's society companies are more about the bottom dollar than the customer's relation. Regardless of your needs and or budget The "Mc Nutt. Brothers" have the solutions for you.

Nice to deal with but,install was horrible. Truck was a mess,clips to hold down plastic trim broke so its all loose. Wires hanging out from under dash below head unit. An to top it off,speaker wire from box to amp was hooked up backwards. ( polarity was wrong) had to buy one new subwoofer. Then wint even talk to me to make it right. Not a karen,never complain but 300 hundred later an this is what i get.

Cory at McNutt Brothers was awesome! I wanted a custom job on my stereo and he performed beyond belief! I wanted something that was difficult to find but we worked it out. I pestered him for three weeks and finally success! So if you ever have I need for any car accessories such as the stereo auto start or anything that goes in your car McNutt brothers is the place to go.

Have been doing business with them for years here in Ellensburg, would recommend more than 5 stars if it let me. They have gone out of there way on several occasions to fix the issues we were having with the A/V equipment in our house, thanks again!
