Visited the CWU campus as part of a school trip with a group of 40 students. We visited the store to allow students to pick out merch. The employees were awesome and the selection of merch was well stocked. All the students got a great item to remember their school campus visit. The associate Jose was super friendly and patient while we had a line of 40 high school students gathering their items and scanning all the items. Thanks again for an amazing visit!!!

Grossly inadequate supplies. It is more clothing store than school supplies and books. zero textbooks on shelves. Where are the USB C flash drives? Not a single printer can be bought from them, close too early, and not enough hours on weekends.

I have visited CWU several times now and each time my future Wildcat has wanted to peruse the Wildcat Shop. What self-respecting future Wildcat would not want to have the proper CWU clothing and accessories? What continues to impress me every time is the amazing employees of the shop. I don't think I ever saw the same person twice in my visits. Every time was the same, friendly, professional, helpful and attentive without being annoying. Somethings about sending my only kid 250 miles away to study are worrying. One thing I know, he will never have a problem finding what he needs at the Wildcat Shop.

I've had acceptable exchanges with the Wildcat shop in the past but my last order felt like I should have printed the books myself. I ordered my textbooks on November 29th 2020 and as of January 20th 2021, I still have yet to have my order fulfilled in its entirety. I called numerous times to have my issue resolved and was told on several occasions that it had been. To compensate me I was offered a merchandise coupon which I found offensive as these are provided to every customer with a shipment and why would I bother to help drive sales for a store that certainly doesn't appreciate my business? I hope you aim to help the next person more than you thoughtlessly attempted to help me. I will say this in closing, the staff are always friendly and pleasant but that doesn't make up for a lack of administrative or operational disorder.

This place rips you off big time. I lost $95 buying and selling them a textbook vs losing $15 on eBay. Expect hour long lines, high prices and poor service

The customer service at this store is exceptional! Every employee in this store offers a welcoming demeanor. They not only greet you as soon as you enter the building but continue to ask you if you need assistance throughout your shopping experience. The new textbook system has greatly improved speed and accuracy for students during busy seasons. I highly recommend utilizing online ordering during busy times like textbook season so that you can skip the long line and pick up your textbooks quickly and easily. Any time I've had any issues at the store, the online ordering department has offered me exceptional service. They are always kind and very helpful! Also, I love receiving daily emails about current deals and flash sales! Thank you for all you do at the wildcat shop!

I thought I was getting a deal by renting my book from the school at lower price than amazon, but I got screwed in late fees because of unreasonable return expectations. Having to return rental during finals week sucks and it's ridiculous to charge the full price of the book and a late fee with NO second chance to get the book in. Every other text book rental service gives at least a couple weeks to send the book back and amazon gives you a MONTH. I will never buy or rent another book from the wildcat shop. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the tool to automatically pull up all required texts is handy to quickly find where books are available elsewhere.
