My only critique would be that I’ve been to the one on Water st. twice when the machine broke down mid-wash. I reached out via their website/ Instagram for a credit and no response. “Very polite. They allowed us to stay in their parking lot because they were closing when we got there. When they opened at 7 this morning they immediately replaced our damaged rim and put our tire on. Their prices and services are better than truck stop shops. Thank you to everyone at JK Tires!”

“Everyone loves a car wash. This car wash is the best in Ellensburg. Their automatic car wash and their do-it-yourself car wash are always working and full of soap. There's nothing worse than going to a car wash and having no soap come out of the machine. Not this one, it's always working. Not only that, they have attendance before you go into the automatic car wash. They scrub the front and back of your vehicle, they give you a towel to wipe your car off with, and they give you wipes for the inside of your vehicle. Oh and let's not forget they give you a token for free use of their vacuum cleaners. Seriously folks, this place is simply amazing!”
