“We were having a learning curve problem with our power cord in a Winnebago we bought from somewhere else. We pulled off the freeway hoping for a tip. They had a technician (Kalen?) come out and show us the correct way to plug it in. Nice!”
“Thank you for getting started on my issue. Hoping the check engine light stays off and.it just due to update on software. Time will tell. Appreciate your work today.”
“I had to replace The bumper on my Audi Q5 recently due to a rear ending. Dealing with Allstate was an absolute nightmare, but the owners of pro star collision, Justin and Staci, were extremely professional and patient as I navigated getting my insurance to pay for the entirety of the repair. The replacement bumper looks amazing and my car was given back to me in brand new condition. The interior and exterior of my car was completely detailed beautifully! I so appreciate the honest communication and excellent work that ProStar provided for me! I highly recommend them!”
“Impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Quoted me immediately, provided options for repairs with realistic shipping dates and best prices in town.”
“Although NAPA is the only auto parts store in Cle Elum, it’s truly fantastic. The staff there are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help. Whether you need advice on a repair, help finding a specific part, or just a friendly chat about cars, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Their knowledge and willingness to assist make it a standout place for all your auto parts needs. It’s a gem in the community, providing excellent service with a personal touch.”
“Having a return that was past 90 days due to things beyond my control the Manager Arlin went above and beyond to take care of the situation for me. When the computer system gave him a road block I contacted corporate offices at his direction to find a resolution.
Upon calling the corporate Customer service number they were absolutely NOT helpful, tried to lecture me on policy, and I had to ask to escalate to a supervisor who was also not helpful and tried to shut my concerns down. He after pressing him, he agreed to reach out for executive assistance.
Finally a very professional and helpful district manager named Sal called me back then came alongside the store manager for a quick and successful resolution of my return. I am very pleased. Thank you!
Note: it would be best if return policies for all autozone stores are mentioned upon each sale, and more clearly posted for customers to learn about throughout the retail stores nationwide.”
“Came in right near closing time and REALLY needed something. Had just gotten pulled over and had quite a bit of a drive to go and didn’t want to get pulled over, again. One male and one female employee. I let them know it was gonna be one second and I’d be on my way, really just needed the light. Dude was cool, the lady was extremely rude. Yes, I walked in at &:58, but really was lightning quick. The lady said at 9 on the dot “you absolutely cannot purchase ANYTHING at/after 9pm”.
Turns out, you can, because I did. I let them know I can pay with whatever: Cash, Credit, debit… whatever was easiest. She proceeded to give me a nasty look while dude rang me up.
I spend thousands here annually (every single year) and it’s wild to not be treated well when it matters the most. It’s the bad days where you’re looking for a smile the most. Great service (kinda) lmao”
“I cannot say enough good things about R&R Auto Body! They were awesome at communication from start to finish! Riley was my main point of contact and he was great at explaining things to me throughout the entire process. He set a timeline and stuck to it. (BIG points in my book!) All the staff I encountered were friendly and very personable. I was made to feel like a person, not a transaction! Here’s to hoping I won’t be needing any auto body work anytime soon but I will definitely be recommending R&R to anyone in need for it!”
