“Lived here 20 + years. Never had any kind of trouble around here. Everyone works here are nice and professional. One of the best things done this summer, is they finally went with dumpster pick up from the garbage company. Hardly anymore trash around the outside of the dumpsters anymore. .”
“I lived at College Park for nearly two years. Aside from the apartment being a little outdated, it is a wonderful place to live. Close to campus, a small grocery store, and Wing Central. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors are great. The landlord is a super nice guy and the maintenance crew is always making sure everything is in the best possible shape. Definitely would recommend living here!”

“I recently moved out of the verge since I graduated and I will miss living there! The staff is super friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests always got handled right away! It’s hard to find prices that good in a college town, it’s also extremely rare to find a rental company that doesn’t require you to be signed into a lease with other people. 10/10 recommend!”
