Years of horrible service from this post office is really getting old. The old mail carrier stole packages(on camera) from me and a check from a neighbor. I filed complaints and they were escalated all for them to send me back to the local office to resolve. Guess what she was our mail carrier for about another 1.5 years. They still can’t get their act together and the terrible service continues. Apparently DNA(do not attempt) means every time there is a new carrier no one knows what to do with my packages AGAIN!!! No one cares, they just make excuses and never correct the problem.

Not the employee's at my local post office fault but I'm trying to contact my post office about something odd left in my box. When I call I get about 30 seconds of talk with her and the call drops and I can barely hear her or understand what she is saying. I can't just go there since I'm at work during open hours. I tried contacting the post office customer service and the automated system has no option to talk to a human unless I wait 20+ minutes. Why is it so difficult to talk to a human?
Edit: My local post office staff are awesome. I filled out the form online ( which was not set up for anything other than very specific issues so I had to be creative) once this got to a human they contacted my post office and I got an email as well as a letter from my local carrier solving the issue.
The customer service automated system stinks. (1⭐) Once you get a real person things get dealt with. (5⭐)

Won't deliver packages to my property. Claims I'm too far from the mailbox and they don't have time. Tired of dealing with this and will contact Amazon to discuss it.

I have had several packages I never did receive in past, after other day I wonder how a smaller post office could possibly be so unorganized and not find all your mail they will hold for you for pick up, it happens I guess. I hope that I can trust my postal services and they should make an effort to try and be organized when holding an address or persons mail it should be all in one bin no matter the amount or maybe have a package bin that's a bit larger for held mail at least keep it all together. Most the time I don't have problem but when I get a notification on all my mail when it arrives to my post office I should get it in mail and hasn't always happened.

I LOVE this post office, they go above and beyond! When I go inside the office they greet you with a smile. I have a package that is being delivered tomorrow and they're letting me pick it up today! I also never had issues with delivery. All these one stars are sad, they are great!

Rude mail carrier, driving a red Jeep, called the police on my 2 y/o child, playing outside in his own gated yard with Momma present, just inside. Calls to make a formal complaint to the Pastmaster only yielded an apology that I was upset about the situation and defense of the driver. Postmaster also threatened that she can't guarantee it won't happen again.

This has been our post office for 9 years. Always friendly and helpful! They've delivered a lot of packages over the years putting up with our crazy old dog ðŸ˜

Great service, we've never had an issue with mail delivery, they pull up out front and honk the horn when we have big packages. We go here to mail any business related packages and are greeted with a big smile and wonderful customer service.
