“I LOVE this post office, they go above and beyond! When I go inside the office they greet you with a smile. I have a package that is being delivered tomorrow and they're letting me pick it up today! I also never had issues with delivery. All these one stars are sad, they are great!”

“Because of a bad past experience with mail theft, we choose not to have a mail box on our rural street. A few times UPS shipment pulls a switcheroo on us and drops our package off at the Chattaroy post office for final delivery over the past several years, and of course, the mail carriers cannot deliver because of our choice not to have a street mail box. I’ve had to call the Chattaroy post office and ask if they can please hold our package rather than return to sender. Each time they have been kind enough to hold onto so I can pick up. I am thankful for that! I don’t know how many other post offices would be so kind to do this, but I appreciate them for doing so. I try my best to avoid this scenario but sometimes these UPS to USPS handoffs catch me off guard. Thank you Chattaroy post office!”
