In addition to being so easy to work with, Kimberly’s entire team is amazing: friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. At the beginning of our relationship they helped us through the “bridge loan” process that was finished top to bottom in less than 10 working days, and very inexpensive. If we were working through one of the “big 3” we probably still be waiting (headquarters are downtown, not in some east coast city).

I'm sure they are nice people, but unfortunately the worst bank I've worked with ever. Have a small business account with them. For a while could not deposit my customer checks at ATM, told me that my business wasn't stated correctly on checks, was my problem not theirs. No fix offered, even by branch manger. Only several months later, when I could not deposit cash at the ATM, did I go back, realizing it wasn't the name on the check(!), and they finally fixed it, no apologies. More recently, checking statements will not download (worked fine for last 2 years) and supposed to have 2-factor authentication, but don't. Called in, got online banking customer service. She said, "I'm sorry, I'm not really a tech person (!), but I'll send an email to the tech people. That was about a week ago. Heard nothing. Still no 2-factor or ability to download statements. Honestly, probably better to bank elsewhere.
