Christina and Sonny at the service desk are amazing--helpful, professional, knowledgeable. We drive from Kirkland for service as it's worth the short drive.

As far as I can tell from recent experience, they do not mind letting someone pay for an drive off the lot with a used car that needs a new engine, and they don't mind not warrantying that engine. From the other reviews here, I think this is common at this dealer, and it's really probably best we all go elsewhere.
