I needed a second opinion before committing to putting $5000 or more into repairs. Village Transmission did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and gave me a detailed and professional report. I would have gone ahead with the repairs to my 22 year old truck but found a newer truck to buy instead.

They got me in right away and the process was great. I was told Thursday or Friday for my car to be done. I never received a call Thursday and had to call for the update of my vehicle to see if it was done. I had to do the same Friday. It's hard to plan on rides and work if you have no updates. They also did not finish what was supposed to be done. My windshield was never replaced and when I picked up my truck there was no discussion on if I wanted it to even be done on a later date. I was told that I need a 500 mile service done on the work done. I asked to see how much it would be and was told reasonable not a exact price. What is reasonable when your first bill was 4300 dollars? And on that I was not asked to schedule that date or asked a question on how much do I drive to maybe figure a date for that. Other then those things they did great work and got me in right away.

The proficient Tech educated team successfully rebuilt auto transmission for my JDM 1996 Toyota Cresta. The were able to identify all issues and find all required parts for it. Excellent skills, excellent communication, completed repair in time specified.

My wife's Mini Cooper's AC stopped blowing cold. They found there was a leak at the low pressure valve and it was out of refrigerant. They fixed the leak and all's well now. Very friendly service!

I got an oil change and was impressed with the quality of the customer service and the transparency of the service department. I was told that my air filter was dirty and the service report included a picture of it. I will definitely be going back.
