I saw Laura for a lash lift and tint and a brow wax/tint. I will DEFINITELY be coming coming back regularly to see her to keep up with these services, she was really friendly and the subtle changes really boosted my confidence:)

I have been going here for over a year and never have any issues. Long overdue for this review. Zoe is who I see for my lashes and she is great! She’s very good at what she does and places the extensions on each of my lashes with perfection! I highly recommend her! Also, if you’re thinking of getting a facial, I recommend the Cinderella facial! It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it! You want to do the complete treatment and I guarantee that your skin/complexion will be glowing and results will last a long time. Overall, happy with Zoe and Vanity for providing great services!

I have gotten my eyebrows and lashes down here multiple times by the wonderful Laura. After each session with her I walk out feeling confident and listened to. Laura is amazing at listening to her client's preferences and concerns as well as enhancing each of her clients natural beauty. She creates a positive and calm environment for each session and makes you feel welcomed; not only do I look forward to the results after each visit, but also my relaxing time there. I highly recommend any lash treatment (extensions or lift/tint) and brow treatment from her at Vanity.

The service I have received is beyond words. I've been very Satisfied with some of ladies but hands down Madison has been my to go person. She is patient and very professional. Everyone that has had done my lashes has done a great job. I just like my lash extensions and Madison makes it easy and comfortable. She is flexible and always happy to hear any concerns I have. The location is farther away but worth the drive. It's pleasant tranquil and warm. Thank you ladies at lash Lounge of Edmonds and Lynnwood. Many thanks Madison!

I've been getting my lashes done by Zoe for two years and she is an absolute rockstar! I get so many compliments on my lashes. The salon makes it so easy to book and reschedule appointments using their online scheduling tool. I highly recommend!

As always exceptional customer service by Bebe!!! She is by far the best stylist I have been too, and I have been to many stylist. Love the new Lynnwood location too, and the caution they take is very appreciated.

Never thought too much about my lashes but after getting them done with Laura I absolutely loved them! She did such a good job taking my flat lashes and turning them into something beautiful. I love looking good with low maintenance and catering getting mine filled I could easily go to work without putting effort into doing my makeup!Service: Eyelash extensions

i’m writing this off of my husbands account since I don’t have one but I want everyone to know what a nightmare this place was I specifically asked for Meghan to do my eyebrows because that’s who I was referred to by my friend, but I was told that she was no longer doing Microblading and they put me with a girl name Sam well let me tell you what happened not only did Sam continuously cancel my appointment this happened three or four times but she did it after I drove 40 minutes to the lounge. So, when she finally showed up to my appointment, I specifically told her I do not want my eyebrows to look like I drew them in, and I do not want them thin. I want a thicker eyebrow well Sam decided to make my eyebrows thin, but not only did she do she also decided to shade my eyebrows, instead of microblade them, which was exactly what I told her not to do as a matter fact, they look like a 2 year old took a Crayon and colored them in. there is also a random ink line BELOW one of my eyebrows. and when I told Megan, Megan asked me to send her photos which I find very unprofessional she should have asked me to come in so she could evaluate them so I sent her the photos and then she said back to me that she thinks that they look good on me this is disturbing coming from somebody who owns a microblading Salon that you would tell me that this job looks good. She did tell me that she would put lines in my eyebrows, but that I would have to go online and purchase a product to lighten my eyebrows, because they were too dark , which I agree, they are too dark which sam also did... Here’s the problem, any professional knows that you can’t just go in and draw lines in an eyebrow. I would actually have to go get these lasered off. I paid $850 and ended up with this and nobody offered to refund my money. Nobody offered to pay to have them lasered off. I don’t even understand why you would have somebody working at your store that does this kind of work and then not offer anybody a refund because I have to go pay hundreds of dollars to have this lasered off and then I need to go find an actual Microblading artist that actually knows what they’re doing to fix them again. It’s been a while since I’ve had them done so this is the end result I should have paid attention to the red flags at the beginning.

Laura did a wonderful job on my lashes! She was able to give me exactly what I wanted - a natural look that enhances shape of my eyes. Thank you, Laura! I also love the interior of the space. I'm not a fan of this location. It's not very sanitary in the waxing room. Doesn't look like my sheets were changed before the previous use. Parchment paper was not used like the Mill Creek location. The tech did not make the experience inviting. Wax was extremely hot on my skin and I told her and she proceeded to say "I don't know what to say, the wax is on the lowest setting" and continued to put the hot wax on my skin. For the price I paid, never again.

I called the edmonds store for a fill took a couple tries for them to answer the phone but they finally did i was booked for an appointment same day which is awesome! i come down to the edmonds store and it's locked with no signs just one with the business hours i call the number again 4x before someone picks up and they said no your appointment is in millcreek.... girrllll what the, that would've been nice to know!!! she told me the that edmonds doesn't have a front desk right now and all the phone calls are being transferred to one store? i mean like its an honest mistake but i wasted my gas and time coming to the wrong store and understandable that she couldnt take me still bc it would've took me 30 min to get to millcreek but just wanted to share my experience so maybe they can do better and put some signs up or train your staff to give 5 star customer service and confirm the location in the phone knowing you running one line for multiple stores. *****in reply to their reply - they did send me an email confirmation but even though the bot below says otherwise… no text message or verbal confirmation. the location should’ve been VERBALLY confirmed on the phone knowing that you have a whole location down. just feedback for y’all <3

If your contemplating having Microblading done, you must see Meghan for this specialty service. I have seen many awful results of Microblading which had made me hesitant over the years, but Meghan put me at ease immediately. She is a highly trained artist who has passion for what she does with many years of experience. That combined with her fun and sweet personality made for a very comfortable experience. Their Edmonds location feels very welcoming and has easy street parking available. Spending years in the high end of customer service myself, I can be on the picky side. This business knows what first class customer service is from your first phone call to following up after your service is complete. They now have 3 convenient locations offering various services.
