The staff here have been personable over the years so I'm a little skeptical of the reviews with the long complaints. When I return packages, I print my own label. Nothing is free.

this used to be a first class well run store. It has been over three months since they've had a software issue with sending emails for Amazon returns for printing labels and stuff. It's a real joke either you're in business or you're not.

Update… Just got told that they were going to charge me for a single piece of tape on an Amazon return ??… Out of control… They obviously don’t care about the customers

Last 2 times I went here first the internet was out and this time they couldn't connect to their printers so I couldn't print out my labels both times or ship my package.

Message to the Owner:
A couple of days ago i went into your store to process an Amazon return. Usually if I can’t print out the label, I am able to email it and have it printed out there but that day your network was down and I was told I’d have to print it myself and come back or go to another location. That was a bummer but I didn’t mind because the lady was kind about it. Fast forward to tonight, I come in and the young man I usually get helped by, who’s always so kind, was busy with a customer. So I ended up getting help (if you want to call it that) from you, the owner.
You had a bad attitude from the start. But what was really upsetting is that I had not sealed my box and before I could ask if you had tape, you said: “you need to seal that box, it is not our responsibility, it is YOUR responsibility to bring your package in sealed.” I let you know I didn’t have tape and while you proceeded to turn and grab some you said: “you should have read the instructions.” and then handed me the tape.
I taped the box up and while I stood there waiting for you to scan the box and print out my receipt, you took your time and carried a conversation with your employee.
I was confused on why i was being treated that way and why rather than check for understanding about process or teach with empathy you automatically assumed negative intent with your rude/pointed comments.

Was told they don't provide Notary services after 5:00PM but they close at 6:00PM... I had to waste an hour going to Lynwood to get a Notary and also ship it from another UPS location in Lynwood. Because the manager here is a prick. I would give zero stars if I could.

This UPS Store is always helpful, prompt, works with you to satisfy the customer. I have only good experiences here. They are organized and well stocked. Multiple services are available here. The workers and owners are personable. This location is convenient for shopping in nearby stores.

Nick gets 5 stars for always having a fantastic attitude and intelligent conversations. The chubby guy, perhaps the manager, constantly tells people he won’t do Amazon returns when the store is still open for another 20 minutes and shoos people out the door.

Do NOT drop anything for USPS here. If it gets lost you have no recourse and nobody cares. It's just a courtesy that they take USPS. I dropped something off here because I trusted them and it never made it. Instead use the kiosk at the nearest post office . You will get a receipt with a tracking number, it's much safer. I don't want to accuse anyone but I dropped a pre paid USPS return with $200 headphones and hmmmm they're missing. I give 2 stars because I didn't feel they were very kind about my missing item. $200 is a painful way to learn the hard way. I hope whoever has them enjoys the headphones.

Amazing workers here, always in a out in a couple of minutes. Everyone is very friendly and Mark is a superstar!
