The actual mammogram wasn’t bad, and the staff were courteous. However, do not go here for a screening mammogram unless you already have an Everett clinic primary care physician, because if you need a diagnostic mammogram they cannot do it or refer you to a clinic that does them. My diagnostic mammogram was delayed by a couple of months while I got things sorted (my primary care doctor had dropped me for not visiting regularly).

Even though masks are no longer required in healthcare settings they still require you to wear on. On top of that they have turned off their drinking fountains and placed a vending machine next to them charging 2.50 for a bottle of water. Been in the waiting room now 30 minutes past appointment time. If I was this late they would have charged me and canceled my appointment.

This location gave me the run around and left me with a $900 bill. They told me that I was 100% covered by insurance and nothing would be out of pocket. Now suddenly after the procedure had been done, they send me a bill. This is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of business runs this way?

Just in a few words: great location, spacious parking, nice and modern interior. And of course - very professional, positive and polite staff! Thank you for doing such an awesome job!

With how awful of a month I’ve had (broke my right index finger on top of other personal issues) ; the Everett Clinic in Edmonds has been stellar. Not only can I tell every person I’ve interacted with genuinely cares, they’ve been helpful and professional every step of the way. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for being a bright spot in a dark time of my life.

Editing my review since I've been here multiple times since my first review.Doctor Pastor is amazing and I highly recommend him for Orthopedics. I've seen him for multiple injuries and he is a skilled and patient doctor. The staff is super friendly and helpful and seem to have good processes in place. Definitely recommend!

This location always screwed up with their scheduling and runs behind. The messed up thing is if I'm late I wouldn't be seen. This isn't the first, second, third, fourth time but like the sixth time they are late. If it wasn't for my primary I would leave the EVERETT Clinic! If you have a choice, don't come here. Always issues!

I had to come here three times for some tests, and the same technician met with me each time. I wish I remembered his name to give him kudos here. He was really kind and professional. As craptastic as medical appointments go, this technician made it as liveable as it could be. Thank you. The receptionists were also polite and kind to me. I saw them interact with others, and they were the same with everyone. The waiting room was super quiet, with a couple big flatscreen TV's to pass the time. Very clean. Had to use two different restrooms while there. They were squeaky clean. The parking garage is small but always had parking, and it's easy access from the garage to the elevator to the clinic.

Dr Benjamin Chia helped me out big time by getting me in real quick for a steroid shot I badly needed. Today I am pain free and so thankful.

The Edmonds clinic has been extremely professional and friendly. I have not had any issues with waiting to be seen. I have been either taken back early or on time. Dr Chia was very professional and compassionate regarding my issue. He was gentle when administering my steroid injection and warned me beforehand about the possibility of pain/discomfort. I found him to be very knowledgeable about my issue and his treatment plan helped me. He wasn't quick to suggest surgery, but was very thoughtful in his medical treatment plan for me which ended up not needing surgery. Never felt rushed during our appointments. With a secondary issue, Dr Chia ended referring me to an outside specialist who is an expert in my unusual condition. Followed up with me to make certain that I was comfortable with the treatment plan this different specialist created. Dr Chia has been very helpful coordinating my care, allowing other specialists to contact him if they have any questions since my condition isn't very common. He didn't just push me off to someone else and let me be this other doctor's problem. He recognized the level of expertise in this other doctor and didn't allow pride to interfere in referring me to someone else. Tina, Dr Chia's medical assistant, is amazing. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Tina was very helpful in assisting me with the x-rays I needed to get, going the "extra mile" for my care. I have also seen Kate for hand therapy and Karen for physical therapy. Both are excellent! Quality care with compassion. I have felt heard, understood and have been given excellent medical care at the Edmonds Everett Clinic.
