If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t even know how this place even has 4 stars as of now. We called ahead to ask if they had time to do my moms nails( as in pedicure and manicure). They said yes if she could be there at 5. It was 5 minutes till 5pm when we were making the call. Thankfully we live close by. My mom goes quickly as I go have dinner with my sister. 1 hour later I get a call from my mom because they only did a manicure. She tried explaining to them she needs her pedicure too as she is leaving to California in a few days. They turn her away because now they are too busy. Yet during the time my mom was there they had accepted two additional walk-ins.I called again after my mom calls crying on the phone. Now they tried to deny ever talking to me that I called the wrong place but phone records don’t lie right. Then the person that picked up starts screaming that they are too busy right now.Only come here if you want to be treated poorly even after being customers for YEARS. There work is subpar at best and they’re is so many options just around the area.
