Sarah has to be one of the BEST nail techs I’ve ever gone to. She’s not pushy or rushed. Always is meticulous in her work - is a good listener. Always does exactly what I ask. And is the type of nail tech when you ask her opinion she can make a fantastic recommendation. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to - feels like family !!
Cleanliness: The place is spotless - always clean and welcoming.

Jenny does my acrylic nails and this time she gave me a gorgeous hand-painted design. The shop is pleasant and they have the Food Network on the TV to watch. They have relaxing massage chairs and do great pedicures as well. They're very busy so make sure you make an appointment!Services: Acrylic nails

I popped in to see if they had availability and I'm so happy they were able to squeeze me in! They were very gentle on my feet, and I have a beautiful pedicure now. I'll definitely be a repeat customer going forward. They did stay busy while I was there, so try to make an appointment if you can!

The ladies are always great! Efficient and great job on my nails. They always ask as they go along to make sure I'm happy with the shape and any designs I chose. Susan is great about scheduling in a timely manner.

I have given this salon a couple of tries but I will never return. I made an appointment for a full set. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I sat down I asked that they remove the nails I currently had on and they refused, saying they had no extra time to do a removal first. I left and walked in to another salon that welcomed me and had no problem providing my service with excellent customer service, too. Salon 1020 has been unable to even fit me in when I call a week ahead of time on multiple occasions.
