“I came here looking to buy my first pair of Birkenstocks! Sophia (I hope I spelled her name right) was super nice and helped me look for the right fit. She pulled out 6 pairs of varying sizes and widths for me to try and we ended up finding the right fit. Unfortunately it wasn't in a color that I would buy, so Sophia wrote down the exact style, size, and width we landed on and referred me to 2 other stores that might have it in stock. The service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to come back!”

“This running store was located just east of Green Lake, a relatively short walk from the Roosevelt Station. While I did only come here to pick up my race packet for a local half marathon, I ended up checking out their store as I was due to replace my worn out running belt. I didn't find a suitable replacement, but the store was very well organized. The employees were all nice and friendly. If I'm ever in the area and need any running equipment or an emergency pair of shoes, I'll most likely be coming here.”

The correct-size jeans, which they didn't have in stock, were delivered to my home a few days later wth no shipping charge! Very impressed with J. “I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“This was my first time inside the Sketchers store. I was looking for vegan sneakers and hoped I might find some accidentally vegan sneakers if nothing else. I was shocked to find out that Sketchers labels their vegan options, in big letters. I swear I wanted to cry .... this is such a game changer. Instead of having to read the label for every sneaker and/or having the label seem vegan but wondering if the adhesives are vegan, it's amazing to have these products labelled so clearly for me! I also appreciated the service, Eden was very friendly and helpful, thank you!”

“For years I ordered my athletic shoes from Zappos. It went something like this: Order. Return. Order. Return. Repeat................until I moved to this area and discovered Sole Perfection. I have a foot injury from a bike accident six years ago and have pretty much constant pain in my left foot. At Sole Perfection I explained the issue to Gadi, who listened intently and brought out shoes he thought would be helpful. Bingo! I left the store without the foot pain! She was also really fast at retrieving the multiple pairs of shoes i wanted which was really nice to experience! Thanks to her i was able to get great advice on which pair would work best for me and i was able to find the pair of shoes i needed plus some socks that would make the shoes more comfortable and easy to break into! “I want to add some information to stephanie lopez's review. Because i don't work here anymore. I don't represent this company and writing on my own behalf. I changed my job before ( worked last week). The entire review is a lie. She was professionally served and me personally apologized three times for not finding the right size. I also cheked if online order is available. I exceeded my duties and showed her on the screen that we don'd have the size she needed even in the system. No one raised a voice at her. At this time of the year, the store is very crowded, and sometimes the store employees have to help three people at the same time, so it takes time. She was standing right next to our computer and was the first to get rude to other employee for checking the availability of sizes for other customer, because it seemed to her that the employee somehow SIGHED wrongly. After that, I heard that she complained about us and discriminated against us with the words "they spoke their own language" (although she herself spoke her own language)My colleague and me spoke in our languege to speed up the process of finding a size for this lady. (since we discussed where it can be found.)It's funny that when i apologized to her many times, she said that i shouldn't apologize and that it was not my fault. And then she wrote an angry review with a lie here. Unfortunately, this person doesn't have patience and respect for other people.Thank you for reading.”
