I'm really struggling here, because I gave 5 stars previously, but the customer service from the management has really gone down hill, which is why I am changing my review to one star. The technicians are great, but I was overcharged on my last visit for what was a regular pedicure (no gel) and a gel manicure (charged for the price of a dip manicure). I didn't argue because the tech was amazing and gentle and kind, but when I called today to reschedule my next appointment (as my calendar had changed since Saturday), I was practically hung up on before I could even reschedule, and was talked over and told my appointment was cancelled and I needed to be the one to call back to reschedule. If they are too busy to reschedule, they seem too busy to accommodate my appointment in the first place. Really sad as I loved seeing Sandy and Joey all of the techs have always done great work.
Even after my review, they made no attempt to contact me or make it right and I have been coming to the salon for like 7 years....

Extremely unprofessional salon! I had gone for a shampoo and blow dry. The "service professional" was extremely curt and rude right from the get go, would not consult me about the service, kept nickel and diming me ("It'll be $25 extra if I use a comb") and did not take any feedback. She was so rude that I just couldn't take it and had to walk out midway. To her credit, the owner later tried to intervene but I had given up by then. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Everytime Victoria has done my hair I get overwhelmed with compliments. Victoria truly cares about finding the right cut and color for her clients and spent HOURS on my most recent visit getting my cut and highlights perfect. I've been getting compliments everyday. Thank you Victoria, turns out purple can be professional and chic! ;)

This salon. Located near the PCC in Edmonds, Is my go to for pedicures. Super clean and super friendly staff. They are very accommodating around schedules. Highly recommend.

I naturally have very strong nails and really healthy cuticles/skin, etc. I take care of them, so I only need minimal maintenance whenever I go. I’ve gone to Savi Salon twice (the second time being today) and they were really friendly. But both times they were extremely rough with my nails/skin and today the buffing sponge broke the skin on both of my thumbs and two of my other fingers. It seems like they just schedule appointments much too close together and the quality of each appointment goes way down because of that. They can’t take the time and gentle care that they should. I’m sad because this salon is super close, but I’m definitely not going back. The skin around my nails is in pain and it was a really disappointing experience.

I just had a 1/2 leg wax from Anna at Salon Savi and for 35 dollars it was so quick, relatively painless and extremely thorough. I was in and out in 30 minutes and completely satisfied. So happy I found this place.

Horrible , pockets of air under my acrylics from a brand new set. Very awkward while bring there. Maybe im picky because i went to school for cosmetology and esthetics but geesh. Not to mention it took 3 and a half hrs!!!

I didn't want to write a bad review but this is the second time that after a few days my nail polish is chipping. First time it was pealing off after a few days and it was air under my acrylic. When i called them and told what happened they never said sorry and also didn't offer any discount or anything when i went there to fix while it was their fault. and this time after 2 days my nail polish is chipping again. I just feel like it's a strong lack of customer service and being responsible for their mistakes.

The Best salon with the nicest staff! Victoria is fun to work with & always wants you to leave happy with your hair. Haven't had my nails done, not my thing, but the folks doing the nails seem super nice & do a good job.
