Excellent customer service, they always go above and beyond to take care of everything our family needs. Jeremy and the other pharmacist are both incredibly helpful, as is the whole staff. They are quick and have things ready ahead of the times they promise. Highly recommend!!

Jeremy is our angel. After receiving terrible service from bartells down the street for the 100th + time and in an act of desperation in helping our 6wk old through a severe eye infection, we called qfc. Jeremy answered the phone, immediately empathetic to our situation, we could feel him actually trying to help. He told us he’d have the prescription ready before they closed (which was 30 minutes). We waited from home to receive a text but nothing came… Jeremy personally called us to make sure we received the message that our prescription was ready. Once inside, He was friendly, efficient and thorough. The decision to switch pharmacies was easy and fast. We will be life long QFC customers because of one person. Thank you so much! See you next time!

Edward in the meat/seafood department is awesome! He actually greeted my boyfriend and I very quickly and inquired how he could help us in an authentically friendly way. We were so hungry we were incapable of making decisions and told him so and asked for his recommendations. He proceeded to hook us up with his "two favorite things" and packaged up a pound of sweet and spicy bacon for blt's and a pound of kalbi marinated flank steak. I'm not embarrassed to say that we ate both that very day, and neither disappointed. So appreciative of Edward's fantastic customer service. He's our guy!

Small grocery store. Hard to locate items. Shelves often don't have items I am looking for. Today they had 3 bags of the salad that was on sale, and all of them were brown.Also beware that the sale prices marked on shelf often require that you clip a coupon in the confusing QFC app, even though the shelf tag doesn't specify. I did not get all the savings I expected.Service in deli and bakery always seem like they really don't want to assist customers. The parking lot is terribly small and during busy times is dangerous for pedestrians and drivers alike.Think I'll stick to Winco and Safeway

Prescription from urgent care was ready in 1.5 hours. Love it. The staff is competent and full of compassion. So grateful for a wonderful pharmacy close to home. Thank you.

This store is busy. There is long checkout lines in the evenings. Standing in line for self checkout a man cut in front of me, and the 19 or 20 people behind me in line. I was the only one who said anything, even though we all saw him do it, the employee as well. I told the man, if your going to cut in line, the least you could do is hurry the f# up. I said one bad word. The employee monitoring the self checkout line admonished me, and not the man that cut in front of everyone in the line. This is America, need to stand up for our selves, even over stuff like this. This is also the most expensive chain grocery store in the state, not counting the places that cater to the too rich people like Pcc and WHole Foods

Hello. Just want to say that Jeremy goes above and beyond. He has helped me a great deal over the years. Great to have a pharmacist like that. I thank Laura and all of the employees at the pharmacy. Going through a difficult time and they have helped me often. Thank you!

This is such a poorly managed QFC. It's always a chaotic mess no matter what time of day I go. Now during Covid19 there's zero social distance organization for customers (I had to check out directly next to another customer with no space or plexiglass in between us). The employees don't help sanitize anything. The "one way" isle stickers were removed. They are always unstocked, with the few items left pushed to the back. An employee actually watched me struggling to reach an item that was way in the back and offered zero help. Whomever the floor manager is should take a note from the Edmonds Bartelles. It's always clean and organized and I always feel safe shopping there. I only shop here because it's close, I need to find a new QFC. After reading other's experiences I'm not supposed, super disappointing that this store is under such terrible lazy management.

I ordered for a pick up. 3 items. They got 1 right. How does a grocery store not know the difference between a sweet potato and a yam. I ordered progresso soup because of a wheat allergy. They substituted campbells which has wheat without checking with me if this was ok. Is it just the Edmonds store on 100th or are all QFC'S like this? Never again.

I wish that I could give this store NO stars. If you haven't heard, there was an incident on 10/17 where a man with a mask AROUND HIS CHIN was asked by another shopper to put it over his mouth because the store was full of seniors. This is Edmonds, that store is always full of seniors. The man with the mask around his chin called the other shopper a f*ggot and told him to fuck off. When management got involved, the police were ultimately called on the man who had been verbally assaulted. The man who verbally assaulted him was allowed to finish shopping. Shame on management. Biju. Shame on the Edmonds police officer. SHAME ON THE ANGRY HOMOPHOBE WHO DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT POSSIBLY SPREADING HIS COVID BREATH ALL OVER THE STORE. I have done nearly all of my grocery shopping at this store for many years because it is near my house. After picking up my Rx today I am switching pharmacies and will be shopping elsewhere.
