Very helpful owner/manager. They accept our packages requiring signatures and call us promptly. Hours have been less consistent during Covid restrictions, but appreciate she has remained open!

I rented a personal mailbox there for many years. The lady at the front desk was always very helpful with my mail. I got all my packages delivered there including some large boxes with items for my semi truck. Nothing was ever missing. When I moved, she forwarded my mail to my new address upon my request, including the Covid Relief check which the IRS sent to my old address. Thank you for a job well done all these years.

I find their help with price comparisons of shipping via the major mail companies VERY considerate. Have always had outstanding customer service.

We had a mailbox here for about 15 years. During that time, I think there were 3 or 4 owners. Since this latest owner took over, things changed dramatically. The hours were cut (no afternoon hours on Saturdays) and very often I'd arrive to a sign in the window "Back in 10 min." The store became a myriad of odd items for sale, and there was little to no packing services apparent. The worst part was the owner's attitude. For example, she told me once that she was going to refuse packages from "these" people (it was an Amazon box) since they were rude to her. If we happened to get a large delivery, we were called to pick it up since it was crowding her store (probably because she has so much other stuff there's no room for packages for her mailbox clients.) This wasn't a courtesy call - this was an irritated call. She also told us that only 2 names are allowed on a box - we were not able to receive packages for other family members. We put up with this for several years, since changing mailing addresses is so involved (did you know you can't put in a change of address card if your address is a mailbox company?) since our address is so many places after 15 years. However, it became too much and we moved to the UPS store around the corner. Parking is impossible as well. I would highly recommend against doing any business here.

Fast and friendly service. Low prices and even some items for sale like school supplies and small clothing items. Skip the long lines at the post office and come here instead. Prices are reasonable and quick service makes it so much easier than going to a larger establishment.

Sole reason for my 1 star selection (wasn't sure if 0 stars is acceptable) is the horrible customer service by the lady behind the front desk. It was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in the last few years. I don't know how this store is still in business.

My sister sent my 4 y/o daughter a birthday card with some cash in it. When it arrived the USPS padded envelope had been tampered with and the money was gone. Will not do business here again.
