“Wonderful, family-owned business. This is the only place I buy dog food from! Despite the fact that it's an independently-owned pet store, the food I buy is still cheaper here than at the bigger chain stores. Plus you get a free bag of dog food for every 10 that you buy! I think that may vary depending on the brand, but the fact that they even offer it is incredible. Highly recommend!”

He had a tumor on his paw and for years every vet told me he was too old to operate on or that it wasn't worth the money for surgery. I noticed on the first visit that the folks at Hawthorn Hills were extremely thorough. They engaged with me and my kitty, listened to all my concerns, and said right away that they could help him. They were super confident my kitty could handle surgery and made me feel reassured. The surgery went super well and my cat's quality of life is better than ever! They really took their time with me and my cat, and I am so glad I found them and had his tumor removed. Highly recommend!”

“Most other groomers in Seattle need almost a month in advance for any grooming appointment to be scheduled. It only takes 2-3 days in advance at Maser's. Most importantly they do a great job at a very reasonable price with efficiency. My goldendoodle is 50lbs and usually need 5-6 hours with other groomers. These guys got everything done in 2 hours and charged us 30-40% less than other groomers. Will definitely bring my dog back”

“We brought Cici (8 yo YoChon F, timid) for her second grooming here. She loved it. Again!! We been here twice and both times we've had a great experience. Mainly, Cici comes out happy to show off, clearly they be been glowing up in the back. I went to a local Bothell groomer recently and paid $120 only to have a dirty and scared dog. Petco is awesome. This Petco has great groomers. They even got us in on Christmas EveNeedless to say, a new Lamby came home too. Like I said. Cici is over the moon and sleeping with her Lamby. She really had fun today. That's the most important. 2nd she's beautiful for Christmas. 3rd. When we were in the store I met the small animal guy and he loved them. He loves them. Finally, I met the on floor and on duty manager. She's maintaining this large store very well. I think, this is a good Petco.”

“So happy with our experience in the grooming department. We have a floofy Bernese Mountain dog and the groomer Alyssa, did an amazing job with him. She was very thorough in explaining what she may need to do ( he had some matting) and how much any extra time would cost. You could tell she takes her job seriously and our dog Biscuit has never looked better! We will be back”

“We have gotten about 8 fish from Little Amazon and they are very healthy and happy. We love going there and find the staff kind and friendly. I have no idea what people in some of these reviews. I have been in 4 times and all fish were looking lively and happy. It's a nice shop and seems to be run by a kind family. Also very kid friendly!!”

“High quality food for my pups. They also love their chews (lots to choose from). And I love that they carry the really tough stuffies, as my boys can't have the regular stuffed toys since it only takes a couple minutes to shred them. Great owner and always very personable. Would recommend to anyone! Support local!”
