Great customer service and outstanding staff. The installation of our retractable door screen took less than 45 minutes and the floor area inside and outside was cleaner than before the installation. Great job!

"NATE" from NW Natural Lighting has intervened in standing by their product for retractable screens. We have had them for several months. Then a very large workman traveled through the front screen. It was not destroyed but pulled out of alignment. Though we were given a price outside our original expense, the original fix would have cost over $300.00. This close to the install we became extremely sorry we'd made the choice! I wrote a negative review and Nate saw it and called within hours. He has agreed to send his person to fix it without charge. (gas and hourly wage not included) I've agreed. I will post the outcome! (update 8/22: no one is available. The repair won't happen for a month. Just in time for doors to close and rain to come.)oi

Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Just a few key words that come to mind when I think about my experience with NW Natural Lighting. Nate provided expert guidance and recommendations when he visited my home for a consult. I was impressed with his professionalism and non “sales-y” approach. I was even more impressed when my screens were custom made AND installed only a little over a week after that consult! Nate had set a more than reasonable timeline for screen build and install, but the actual turnaround far exceeded my expectations - not to mention the final product, expertly installed and seamlessly integrated with my existing covered patio. A job very well done!

NWNL was great from the time I sent in the online request for an estimate all the way through to installation. I received an e-mail within 48 hours of my request and then had good communication all the way through the process. Our installer (Nick) was outstanding. When he first got to the house, he recommended a different color than what I had picked online. He had a few samples and showed me the difference and he was completely correct. Because he didn't have the correct screen door (because I originally picked out the wrong color), he did all of the prep work and then came back the next day and within an hour was finished and walked us through functionality, care, and maintenance before he left. Everyone was great and we love our retractable French screen doors. Thank you NWNL!

NW Natural Lighting installed a set of motorized solar shades for me. They were communicative, speedy, helpful. They were not the cheapest bid, but the difference was small and I was pleased to go with them.
During the initial install, because of the geometry involved the shades covered the top few inches of a doorway even when fully open. The team came back and re-did the blinds higher without hesitation. I was very impressed with this service, and would trust them with any future shades!

We hired NW Natural Lighting to install a motorized bug screen covering a garage door opening on a metal barn-type building. The install was tricky because the header needed to be attached to a "ribber" metal siding above the garage door opening. However, the final result exceeded our expectations. The installation was flawless, creating a solid seal all around, and resulting in a professional looking motorized frame that feels as if it were always part of the build out.
The entire process from estimating the cost through scheduling and installation was super smooth, friendly, and trouble free. I would definitely recommend hiring NW Natural Lighting for any of their services.

Nate was the first team member at our home to look over our screen project. He did a great job explaining all of the equipment and the choices that were available. The equipment was delivered and fit perfectly. The installers were Kailan and Abram. They were very friendly, answered any questions we had well, installed the shades perfectly, and cleaned up their work site.
I would highly recommend NW Natural Lighting for any of your screen needs.

NW lighting did our patio screens and were east to work with. We looked into several companies and are very gladbwe chose them. They were prompt and respectful of our property. When minor issues arose they were easy to communicate with and addressed them promptly. We are very happy with our screens and would highly recommend!!!

I recently had a retractable screen door installed by NW Natural Lighting. I couldn't be happier. I received excellent advice on choosing the right product for my needs, and the installation was impeccable. Everyone at NW Natural Lighting has been extremely helpful, and also very flexible. Several delays happened due to issues at my house and NW Natural Lighting accommodated each delay with no problem. I also appreciated how NW Natural Lighting kept in touch with me while we were waiting for installation. I would not hesitate to recommend NW Natural Lighting.

We experienced outstanding service from this company; starting with a phone call to the company to request information about their products, followed by a home visit from their sales rep, and then soon after, the installation of 3 Solatubes and a sliding screen door -- everyone was polite, attentive, and professional. We highly recommend NW Natural Lighting. (The Solatubes are amazing...they bring in natural light to areas of our condo that were dark and gloomy. No longer!)

We had two screens installed by Kailan and Abraham. They were awesome. Nate came out to our home to fully explain the product and choose colors and we couldn’t be happier so far. I would highly recommend this company and their product. They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest. We would use this company again for sure. Great to work with. Tara kept us advised of everything as far as our appointment. So far the investment seems worth it. We are hoping it will last for years to come.
