They made an offer on my used car. When I tried to accept it, they lowered it by almost $2,000. I took it because I had just bought an expensive new car elsewhere. When I left, the used car laughed and said "pleasure doing business with you" haha. That used car salesman really showed me that he didn't respect me, the dealership didn't respect me and they didn't want my business. Do not do business with Lynnwood Honda. If you do, you should expect the same treatment.

It was great working with German. He was very patience and respectful (I had many bad experiences with Sales man but he is not like typical salesman). I appreciated his thoroughness. I would definitely suggest working with him. There wasn’t much back and forth on our negotiation. I appreciate his manager’s (Gabe’s) immediate attention as well. Finance process was also pretty smooth and quickly with Beth.

Go to German! He was very helpful and up front. Bought a 2010 CRV. We came a little late in the day but he stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly. Couldn’t be happier. All in all seem to be a reasonable and honest group of guys. They had promised to change the windshield after we bought the car and got it done within a couple days. Gave us a nice loaner without a question.Additionally they had a lot of maintenance work done in advance. So if you buy a used car you can feel good you don’t have to sink money in it right away.We hope we can keep going to Lynnwood Honda for our car needs!

Lynnwood Honda is a different breed of dealership. Having worked in the auto sales field, I was watching for the signs of predatory sales techniques or exuberant claims of imminent disaster for my vehicle unless I pay for thousands in repairs. The opposite was true. When I came in for service they did a full inspection and noted that all was well. They noted the expected brake pad life and tire life but did not “find” issues to bump the bill. I came here originally because an independent shop had claimed that I needed about $800 in repairs. The mechanics at Lynnwood assured me the vehicle was fine.In addition, service costs were actually lower than the two independent shops I had used before. While I was waiting for my vehicle I looked at their new vehicles and was approached by salespeople but in every case they were low key encounters. They were polite, helpful and informed. At no time did I feel pressured. In a startling discovery I realized none of the cars had markups. Unlike the specious additional tags of their competitors that added thousands to the price for invisible “upgrades”, all their vehicles had the plain old Monroney sticker. This is a dealership that does walk the talk of creating a long term relationship based on trust.Honda is l Ky to have them representing the brand.

I had a great experience buying my first car at Honda Lynnwood. Bobby was knowledgeable and transparent when giving me all the information about the various trim levels. The team went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed (and wanted) in a car. I will certainly be referring friends and coming back to this location!

11/19/23 Edit: I got a call from Peter William, sales manager, with a heartfelt apology on behalf of their service team. This does go a really long way with me as it means they do care about what customers are saying and addressing things internally. For that I'm adjusting my rating up slightly but keeping my full comments and removing the name of the less than stellar service employee. Let's start with the good: Jay Haskell, wonderful salesman. He was low pressure, great listener, honest, respectful of our time and great at follow through. I would absolutely return and buy another vehicle from him. As service goes that's a different experience all together. If you enjoy a very inefficient experience, a bunch of unnecessary waiting and an especially sarcastic and rude advisor this is where you should go. I've been in three times for a noisy grab handle. First visit they looked at the problem and determined it needed a clip. Second visit was to install the clip which didn't solve the problem (no harm, no foul, that's how problem solving works), third visit was to install the replacement grab handle which did solve the problem, and I appreciate that. The issue outside of the jerk advisor is the inefficient nature. There are two screws and clips that hold the handle in place. Each time I had to make an appointment for a visit which was a ways out. (Though I believe Jay helped expedite the process on the first appointment). The next two visits I had an appointment, to swap two clips in one appt, and two screws in the other. The first appointment I was there over two hours. The next appointment they quoted me two hours but got it done in about an hour. Aside from not being empowered to grab a screwdriver or a service person with one, they had me wait both times for an insane amount of time for two screws, and that's with an appointment! That's also despite an earlier service person telling me that it would be a quick appointment. Finally, after "rushing" to get my car back to me after an hour, the lovely service advisor was quick to tell me twice, and very sarcastically that "he hoped that by rushing things I wouldn't be back and spending even more time". Recap: two hours, two clips with an appointment. One hour, two screws with an appointment. I guess I've never understood why you would guarantee a bad experience for everyone instead of taking care of the low hanging fruit and having them leave happy? And what's the point of an appointment if it means nothing? Horribly Inefficient and lacking common sense answers to simple problems. I won't be back. I hope they realize there are a lot of other Honda service departments in the area.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! From when I first booked my appointment online until I left with my new car a few hours later, the team at Lynnwood Honda provided exceptional service and professionalism. I was so stressed about the idea of purchasing a new car, but I couldn't have asked for better support - particularly from German, who helped me find exactly the car I wanted, as well as Gabe and Lawrence, who made the paperwork a breeze and answered all of my (many) questions. I am so excited to have relationship with a reliable dealership that I can trust for years to come!

Can’t say enough good things about these folks! Got an appointment in short order. Estimated the time my car would be tied up and they met that challenge. Excellent customer service. The work was done properly. And I am extremely satisfied. If I ever have any work to needs done on my Honda, I know the place to go. Also have excellent waiting area and accommodations all around.

We made an appointment over the phone for are free oil change we had 5k miles on the car because we just spent $70,000 for a brand new car from them in May of 2023. We were suppose to get free oil changes when ever we wanted for the first 2 years or 24k miles whatever came first. When we got there the rude gentle man told we would have to pay for the oil change because the wrench light wasn't on and Honda changed there policy!!! We should have been told this over the phone and the service manager on duty Rich Gray was a complete ass about the whole thing. Trying to make it our fault that they messed up and never offered anything to help the situation. We live an hour and a half away but we bought the car at that dealership you think they would help you out but no! I will never go back because there customer service is horrible!

This is an outstanding Honda dealership. Product Specialist Christie Chang is outstanding and does her best to help you find a vehicle that meets your wants and needs! The Sales Manager Peter Takasawa is also very knowledgeable and highly recommended by me also! Gabe (another Sales Manager) was also excellent to answer my questions at a different time. So, see this wonderful dealership to buy an excellent Honda vehicle! Don't settle for less by wasting your time at a mediocre dealership! Awesome place to do business!

Jules and Anuj were informative, professional and friendly through the process of our new car purchase. This is after a terrible, shady experience at Marysville Honda. They are fair, honest people. We saved $17K on the same car! I've never had an experience like I did today at a car dealership. Thank you Jules and Anuj!

I purchased two cars from this dealer, but I recently had a very bad service experience.I received a warranty notice from Honda that said there was a problem with the A/C (there is), and that I can bring the car in and have it fixed for free (the letter even wrote "for Free" in bold letters). On the day of the appointment, I received a text from the Service Advisor that told me I would need to authorize $475 for them to "diagnose" my A/C system (a process that takes approximately 1 hour or less - this means $475/hour is their labor rate?).If they completed the test and determined that my problem was covered, they would fix he problem at no charge. If they determined that my non-functioning A/C was not functioning for any other reason, they would get back to me (presumably with additional charges for their service). This was not appealing to me and I refused to gamble $475 for a Honda-caused mistake. I expressed this to my service advisor, and also to someone at Honda Customer Support, but they consider this to be a reasonable charge. I do not. I see it as being unethical on the part of Lynnwood Honda and deceptive on the part of Honda USA (their warranty letter never mentioned having to pay to see if your defect would be covered).

This was a near-perfect experience. I hate the process of making up my mind about stuff like this, but when they showed me a 2022 Insight the match was made! John Chung made everything extremely efficient. His knowledge was next-level, and he was eager to demonstrate the vehicle's features during our test drive. I don't think any of my questions went unanswered. He even came in on his day off just to make sure that the sale went well. His colleagues handled the sale quickly and expediently.

Would recommend this dealer to anyone! We didn’t make an appointment to see a vehicle, it was an impromptu stop. It was a busy day but we weren’t brushed off since we didn’t have an appt. Jules was our salesperson and she was FANTASTIC. She was working with another person but handled it great. Here’s the HUGE difference we seen at this dealer and with Jules specifically. ZERO pressure, no pushy tactics or any of the “usual” things that you experience at some dealers. She showed us what we were interested in, we drove it(also having fabulous conversation), we told her we wanted to eat and discuss and we’d be in touch. She gave us her card and told US to call her. She didn’t hound us for our contact or try to pressure the sale. We decided to buy and went back up and that’s when we met Peter the sales manager. Again. AWESOME. This dealer leaves the gimmicks and pressure out of the business. He got us what we had planned for with our trade in. There wasn’t any back and forth nonsense, he was so friendly and honest. This was the easiest vehicle we have purchased and truly the most pleasurable experience. And shoutout to finance. He was awesome too. I’m happy with our new CRV. And would highly recommend Jules to anyone considering purchasing.
