“Incredibly kind attendants Ethan & Dan! There was a shift change while I was there & both helped answer my questions. Thank you guys!
Very clean laundromat. it is small, with only 14 dryers. I washed from 2-4pm on a Tuesday and did not have trouble finding an open machine.
Parking is tight, as it is on the corner and the only spaces are on the street in the right-hand turn & bike lane.”
“Clara did great work tailoring this bridesmaid dress. Detailed & professional work. If like me you’re having trouble finding a seamstress in Seattle area, I recommend Clara’s alteration.”
“This laundry mat is my favorite laundry mat around. It's very clean and they clean the lint traps our every night.
The people who own this business are very nice people
I recommend this laundry mat you won't be disappointed.”
“They do a fabulous job washing my huge blankets! Very friendly family business and they do a wonderful job making my dirty blankets fresh again! Prices are reasonable!”
“I love them and trust this family w my life (and clothes.) They’re always so kind, accommodating, and very fair with their prices.
Highly recommend everyone and anyone to go here for dry cleaning and tailoring ?”
“Good service and they do a good job. Alterations are done quickly and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I come back here often and the owner is a nice professional guy! Love this place!”
“I have gone to all the cleaners in the edmonds and Lynnwood area and by far Betty Brite has the best quality, best customer service and competitive pricing. I trust them with all fabric types and all my outerwear. Great place.”
“The provide excellent laundry and dry cleaner services.I have also used them for basic hemming of pants and skirts and they have performed well. They are a Jesus friendly and professional.”
“The most peaceful place you can do your laundry.clean machines and knowledgeable people who works there will guide you if you have any question about washing and the best way to wash depending with the materials...Not to mention they also do dry cleaning and can also do your laundry if you have a tight schedule.”
“Great service, and good prices. My husband and I have gotten a wide array of item cleaned and been happy with the outcome: wedding dress, suits, blouses, etc. We’ve also had alterations and been happy with the results!”
“I bought a floor length chiffon dress on Amazon for a wedding, but wanted it hemmed to just below my knee. They did a fantastic job! It has a professional finish, only took 1 week, and it was less than $100 which included pressing it. I will definitely be coming back.”
“This is my #1 cleaners in Seattle area. My clothings are always clean and the owner provides the service as I requested. I will definately continue to visit this cleaner! 5 stars!!”
“Used to live just behind this business and used them often. I now live 20 minutes away and still come here for all my dry cleaning. Prices are consistently less than other places and they do a great job on the odd items like comforters and tables cloths. Service is always polite and never have to worry about getting a quick turn time.”
“I have been coming here for almost a year now. Never had an issue. Everyone is nice and helps me when needed. I would recommend this place if the person doesn't have a washer and dryer at home!”
“It's a decent spot to clean your clothes. I recommend it if your around that area. Staff wasn't bad but not great and place was clean but not neat. It's okay though. Not bad.”
“Updated machines in a clean and comfortable space. It's my favorite place to do laundry.Update: prices have risen and it has gotten busier than I would prefer some nights. Still a good choice.”

5501 25th Ave NE, Seattle“Amazing service, helpful staff, excellent modern clothes washing and drying machines. Handy coin machine that exchanges notes up to $20. Great parking outside. I would definitely recommend this laundromat.”
“I give it a 4 because I don't think most things need to be a 5 and at the same time, it was clean. Yeah, it was busy at the 4 o'clock timeframe. It was slim pickins on certain size washers. But you know being able to see the prices of how much in it being a quarter machine facility? It just sucks that the parking is bad. But you know, it was I mean 25 cents for 6 minutes or 8 minutes and different size. Washes vary between $4 to 5.50 or $7. You putting on the size. Places to sit baskets to use in wheel. When putting laundry away a big folding table clean, lit. So far this is the cheapest laundromat. I have found in the general vicinity of where I live”
“Super nice staff and excellent customer service. I've gotten all my cashmere and other wool sweaters cleaned here and they even do tailoring/alterations. Also, I always get my formal wear cleaned here, and they always done a great job.
I've been to other places and have had bad experiences with getting hems and sleeves adjusted -but this place has been perfect for me.
The prices are on point for the quality of service and turn-around. One time they even rushed an order for me in an emergency situation, which I will be forever grateful.
Top notch consistent service!”
“In regards to other bad reviews (which are just silly), this is a ‘Self Service’ laundromat, do people truly expect ‘service’ at a laundromat. For F@)ks sake, it’s a LAUNDROMAT… complaining about service at these type of establishments is parallel to complaining about a brothel because ‘You didn’t feel loved…’
You come here to do laundry. It’s pretty simple. If you had a bad experience, well, I am unsure how that would even be possible because the only action is ‘putting clothes in’ and ‘taking clothes out’. Not much to it.
Now, with that said, I haven’t been to a laundromat in over 20 years, and found myself in need of a few loads while my wife and I wait for the new washer and dryer to be delivered and hooked up.
Due to the style that my wife and I sport, we have oftentimes found first judgments due to clothing alone, to be considerably judgmental, and ‘stand-offish’. I assume that since long been retired and switched to a card / credit based system, I was unfamiliar with the process.
To whom I can only assume is the owner, was very friendly and responsive when I asked her to explain the process. She went out of her way to help, and took her time as she explained not only the money reload process, but the steps required for each machine.
I do not know the going price of laundry machines, but they seemed fair. The machines were quick and thorough in cleaning. I guess that’s all one can really say about laundry machines. I mean, they didn’t door dash me any food or fluff my ego with warming compliments, so I guess they did what they were designed to do.”
“Love this place. I walked in with a vintage overcoat and the owner excitedly talked me through the material make-up, the fact that it has a union tag (so apparently that means it was manufactured before 1982 in the US!), how to replace the lining, etc. he told me how his cleaning materials would interact with my coat, gave me a quote, and encouraged me to look around to make sure I am good with his quote. I’m definitely coming back!”
