They made an offer on my used car. When I tried to accept it, they lowered it by almost $2,000. I took it because I had just bought an expensive new car elsewhere. When I left, the used car laughed and said "pleasure doing business with you" haha. That used car salesman really showed me that he didn't respect me, the dealership didn't respect me and they didn't want my business. Do not do business with Lynnwood Honda. If you do, you should expect the same treatment.

11/19/23 Edit: I got a call from Peter William, sales manager, with a heartfelt apology on behalf of their service team. This does go a really long way with me as it means they do care about what customers are saying and addressing things internally. For that I'm adjusting my rating up slightly but keeping my full comments and removing the name of the less than stellar service employee. Let's start with the good: Jay Haskell, wonderful salesman. He was low pressure, great listener, honest, respectful of our time and great at follow through. I would absolutely return and buy another vehicle from him. As service goes that's a different experience all together. If you enjoy a very inefficient experience, a bunch of unnecessary waiting and an especially sarcastic and rude advisor this is where you should go. I've been in three times for a noisy grab handle. First visit they looked at the problem and determined it needed a clip. Second visit was to install the clip which didn't solve the problem (no harm, no foul, that's how problem solving works), third visit was to install the replacement grab handle which did solve the problem, and I appreciate that. The issue outside of the jerk advisor is the inefficient nature. There are two screws and clips that hold the handle in place. Each time I had to make an appointment for a visit which was a ways out. (Though I believe Jay helped expedite the process on the first appointment). The next two visits I had an appointment, to swap two clips in one appt, and two screws in the other. The first appointment I was there over two hours. The next appointment they quoted me two hours but got it done in about an hour. Aside from not being empowered to grab a screwdriver or a service person with one, they had me wait both times for an insane amount of time for two screws, and that's with an appointment! That's also despite an earlier service person telling me that it would be a quick appointment. Finally, after "rushing" to get my car back to me after an hour, the lovely service advisor was quick to tell me twice, and very sarcastically that "he hoped that by rushing things I wouldn't be back and spending even more time". Recap: two hours, two clips with an appointment. One hour, two screws with an appointment. I guess I've never understood why you would guarantee a bad experience for everyone instead of taking care of the low hanging fruit and having them leave happy? And what's the point of an appointment if it means nothing? Horribly Inefficient and lacking common sense answers to simple problems. I won't be back. I hope they realize there are a lot of other Honda service departments in the area.

We made an appointment over the phone for are free oil change we had 5k miles on the car because we just spent $70,000 for a brand new car from them in May of 2023. We were suppose to get free oil changes when ever we wanted for the first 2 years or 24k miles whatever came first. When we got there the rude gentle man told we would have to pay for the oil change because the wrench light wasn't on and Honda changed there policy!!! We should have been told this over the phone and the service manager on duty Rich Gray was a complete ass about the whole thing. Trying to make it our fault that they messed up and never offered anything to help the situation. We live an hour and a half away but we bought the car at that dealership you think they would help you out but no! I will never go back because there customer service is horrible!

This is an outstanding Honda dealership. Product Specialist Christie Chang is outstanding and does her best to help you find a vehicle that meets your wants and needs! The Sales Manager Peter Takasawa is also very knowledgeable and highly recommended by me also! Gabe (another Sales Manager) was also excellent to answer my questions at a different time. So, see this wonderful dealership to buy an excellent Honda vehicle! Don't settle for less by wasting your time at a mediocre dealership! Awesome place to do business!

Jules and Anuj were informative, professional and friendly through the process of our new car purchase. This is after a terrible, shady experience at Marysville Honda. They are fair, honest people. We saved $17K on the same car! I've never had an experience like I did today at a car dealership. Thank you Jules and Anuj!

I purchased two cars from this dealer, but I recently had a very bad service experience.I received a warranty notice from Honda that said there was a problem with the A/C (there is), and that I can bring the car in and have it fixed for free (the letter even wrote "for Free" in bold letters). On the day of the appointment, I received a text from the Service Advisor that told me I would need to authorize $475 for them to "diagnose" my A/C system (a process that takes approximately 1 hour or less - this means $475/hour is their labor rate?).If they completed the test and determined that my problem was covered, they would fix he problem at no charge. If they determined that my non-functioning A/C was not functioning for any other reason, they would get back to me (presumably with additional charges for their service). This was not appealing to me and I refused to gamble $475 for a Honda-caused mistake. I expressed this to my service advisor, and also to someone at Honda Customer Support, but they consider this to be a reasonable charge. I do not. I see it as being unethical on the part of Lynnwood Honda and deceptive on the part of Honda USA (their warranty letter never mentioned having to pay to see if your defect would be covered).

I've been taking my Civic to Lynnwood Honda since I bought it in 2014 and because of their great service, my car still drives like it's brand new! They are great at communicating the progress while they have my car and give me a very detailed explanation on the work that was done. When you take your vehicle to a dealership, you know their mechanics are Honda certified and the work is being done right. Shout out to my service advisor, Ashley!

I lost my car key in a hotel fire and had my 2019 Fit towed to Lynnwood Honda because it was the closest dealership to my house. I didn't mind that it took four days for them to get to my car, because I didn't have an appointment and other walk-ins were in line in front of me.The problem was when I talked to Chad about the work that was being done - in addition to getting a new key fob, I needed an oil change and a new battery. Chad informed me that because the battery had been replaced, I would have to pay nearly $200 to have some codes reset. He couldn't tell me what codes, why they needed to be reset, or what would happen if they weren't. I objected and he put me on hold and then told me it had been a language misunderstanding and no codes needed to be reset. This explanation was not convincing. He also suggested that the lock tumbler inside the door was "rough" and needed to be replaced (for nearly $600). He couldn't explain why again, beyond it being rough. I declined this service as well.I do not trust this dealership and, if I found myself needing the car towed to a dealership for repair again, I would pay the extra to have it taken to a different place.

My fiancé bought a car here, and I accompanied. We worked with Christie and Peter primarily, and both were really responsive, flexible and understanding. Christie in particular was great and can give great recs for meals! We never felt strong armed into anything (our worst fear after a few bad experiences). Before purchase we took the car to a trusted mechanic for a quick inspection, which was helpful. He paid cash though so we don't know about the financing process. The only negative was a long wait for final document sign-off, but that was partially our fault too. Tip: Fill out paperwork in advance if possible, whatever you can.

My one and only great experience at a dealership's service center is Lynnwood Honda! IDK who these folks are, but they are actually personable, friendly, and helpful. I had a weird electrical issue that my regular repair shop couldn't handle, they referred me here and this crew was like ON IT and they showed some empathy* and were truly from another planet as far as dealership service centers go!!*-empathy. Not in the vocabulary of pretty much every other auto dealership in the free world and environs.

Stopped in for an Oil change (which Mr.Martin had done in record time!)and left with a new 2023 Ridgeline RTL(we love it)This is the second vehicle that Mr. Gabe has leased us and we will return for more. My wife and I have been treated so kindly here both by sales and service. It's a great family environment, with no pressure, and family employees that have been around for years! They have great hospitality, and we couldn't have felt less pressure. Thank you Gabe, Marcus, Jewels, Martin, and the cool detail dude and finance Mom, that stayed late. You have loyal customers here and I'm very grateful!! Thank you Gabe and Lynnwood Honda! (In and out in just a few Hours)

TLDR: absolutely abysmal experience and joy riding done while car was in for servicing plus more. My fiancé had her car towed to Lynnwood Honda overnight after popping a tire a few weeks ago because it was closer to our home for a less expensive tow. By far the WORST car experience we've ever had. It took a few days to get the tires in, which was fine because she wanted special tires. But then they put the wrong tires on her car which were about $120 cheaper than the ones she had ordered AND paid for. When we noticed they weren't the right tires before we even left they took hours to put the correct tires on. When we finally got the car back, we noticed chopstick wrappers in the cup holder and the mirrors had all been changed as if someone drove the car off the lot to get lunch... We also glass fragments in the front seat passenger side, which there should've been no reason to have anyone seated on the passenger side other than to have taken the car for a joy ride. They also left her hood open which we didn't notice for a day and a half. Absolutely inexcusable poor service. To make matters worse, we're now getting junk mail from Lynnwood Honda and we believe they've sold our information because we're getting more junk mail than ever since our experience there. We normally go to Bellevue Honda because that's where she bought the car from and not one of these issues has ever happened there. We will never return here.

We just purchased a pre-certified Accord from Lynwood Honda. We worked primarily with salesman John Chung as went through the process of comparing vehicles from different dealerships. We found John to be extremely professional, responsive, and courteous as we went through the car shopping process and appreciate his efforts to make car shopping, something neither my wife or I enjoy, an easy experience. We also found staff and management at the dealership easy to deal with and helpful.
