Took more than a week of calling & attempting to schedule an insurance inspection for my 1995 Mazda Rx-7 to get a quote for repairs. I called DAILY & was told I'd get called back & it never happened. Finally I get someone who answers & says "you were talking to Ryan" & hollers for him across the room, instead of transferring the call. I can hear Ryan's uninterested & unprofessional voice in the background saying something along the lines of "oh yeah, we don't really do that kind of stuff..." Then the guy that was actually taking my call suggested I contact another Mazda dealership. A piece of advise from a 2 decade + Mazda owner & rotary engine enthusiasts: Maybe take down all the iconic rotary engine powered vehicles that draw so much attention to your dealership, if it isn't a community that you plan to support. If I could give your whack ass company less than 1 star, I would. #GetFuckedPoser

Called to ask how much it'd be to rotate headlamps. Guy on phone said $50-60 as it'd take 15 minutes max as that's the hourly labor rate. I said okay and came in. Then when I came in person they turned around and said it's $100, same guy at the counter who answered my call. I asked why they gave me a different pricing when on the phone just 5 min guess ago it was $50-$60 and the guy was short with me a rude saying "we'll it's going to cost $100 if we fix it now." Shady business salesmen tactics to get you in the door. Beware.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Mazda of Everett offers better rates for the same car, same trim. When I mentioned to them about the price difference of over 1k, they didn't do anything for the customer (since I had signed the contract). Extremely unsatisfied customer. Wish I could give 0 stars. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone

Bought an SUV from them and had tires blow out immediately after. Also, vehicle was missing panels which they were supposed to replace or at least order for me and that was never done even though they said they would. I shouldn't have to spend over $1000 immediately after purchase to fix things. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Matthew Burtis is the guy who sold me the car and completely fooled me.

Used these guys for years, they don't respect loyal customer relations and their parts department is rude. seems like they are too lazy to do their job and want to do things differently than any other parts department I have ever had to deal with.

My husband and I had a great experience at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda! We moved to Seattle from NYC in April 2023 and haven't owned a car in 15 years--the whole process felt daunting and we were't thrilled to be car shopping. We were looking for a used Toyota Prius and visited a few other dealerships before finding "the one" at Doug's. The salesman, Jason Kim, was super friendly and warm but not at all pushy. We weren't necessarily planning to make a purchase that day, but they came in with a fair deal and after a recent, terrible bait-and-switch-type experience at another used car dealership, we felt like Doug's was where we wanted to bring our business. Everyone was great from start to finish. I can't recommend Doug's highly enough!

I don't normally write reviews but I have had such an extremely bad experience that I felt it warranted me making a new account just to make my experience known. I have been going to Doug's Mazda for years and have always had a positive experience with the people I have worked with until recently. The last two times I have been there I needed the parts department and I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with the same person both times. There was a very large man behind the counter and he is the source of the two worst customer experiences I have ever had in my life. He ignored me for a personal conversation the first time and the second time he made me wait for more than five minutes doing something on his computer. He didn't even acknowledge me until I knocked on the glass even though he could see me. He kept interrupting me. He was dismissive of what I was saying. He kept telling me he needed my vin number even though I told him it was in your system. And the second visit he even closed the window on me before I was done talking. I can't believe what was happening and still can't. I've been loyal to Doug's for a very long time but I'll never come back to this dealership as long as he works there.

I own a Mazda with the scion badge. Mazda made the car. Toyota(scion) super kind and helpful but can't help because my car is a Mazda except the badge. Call these guys and get completely dismissed even though I explain my car is the 2016 Mazda 2 with the scion ia badge. Had plans to spend a decent amount of money on parts but when basically laughed at over the phone. Nope. Never will I spend a dime here. Thanks for treating me like shit over the phone. True colors of a crap dealership with crap parts department people. Customer service requires listening and not dismissing a customer. Oh wait, a woman on the phone she can't possibly know what she's talking about. Anyone wondering. Every part on my car is labeled Mazda. Engine and all. Thanks for NOTHING Edit to add. Everett mazda was able to help me and confirm they couldn't order accessory parts for the 2016 scion IA anymore due to the age of the MAZDA MY CAR IS. Lynnwood mazda sucks now confirmed by an actually helpful parts department in everett. Do better and don't treat customers like garbage.
