Wei-ing is a FANTASTIC consultant. We came in short of time and he made sure to inform us of all the information we would need to gather to switch providers.When we returned, he took the time to inform us about all our options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Switching providers was proving to be a challenge. He was patient and kind through the entire process and we all celebrated the successful transfers as they finally went through.We had such a great experience!Thank you, Wei-ing!

Wonderful experience in upgrading my 4-year old phone (which probably would have kept going if I hadn't dropped it and cracked the glass into many fragments!). Oscar, the Cricket associate, was so helpful and kind. I was dreading the decision on which phone to upgrade to. Oscar made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He made me feel valued as a Cricket customer, and I greatly appreciate this. Note: this Cricket location is located inside the Ranch 99 Market. I drove past it the first time, looking for a free-standing building. :-)

I called this store to try to get management information for another Cricket Wireless Store that I was having trouble with. When I initially called no one answered; however, I quickly received a callback, I explained what I called for and the guy was so patient, empathetic, pleasant, and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me, he even gave me words of wisdom.Unfortunately, there are some people whose customer service Is horrendous, and makes It difficult to receive proper quality service; however, he reminded me that there still are good quality people that work In the customer service industry who care about how they approach their job and customers and I'm extremely grateful for his service and happy I got to talk to him.Thanks, Wave!! We need more people like you In the world❤️

I had to purchase a new phone because of the major changes that the carriers are doing with their networks. Unfortunately the phone that I purchased was defective and bricked itself when I did the latest updates to the device. I took the phone back in the next day to make an exchange and Oscar contacted customer support for me while I was in the store. Everything came up roses by the end of visit and I walked out with the broken phone's replacement. Did all the updates as I did before and the phone is working smoothly and performing as it should. Thank you Oscar.
