It is true that many times the store isn't open during stated business hours but the merchandise is so good that it's worth the hassle. I just call before going now and I hate making phone calls so the fact that it's worth it to me says a lot. The store has significantly higher quality items than any other consignment stores in the area. Many of the other stores just carry items from places like Target at basically the same price that we could buy them new, but CityKids has interesting items from high quality brands. The prices are very good for the quality, and I always come away with at least 1 bag full of clothing that my daughter loves.

I have always found something awesome here at a great price. It’s a bit overcrowded with things but the owner keeps good track of all of it and is super helpful.

I have shown up many times and the store is closed. Do not bother driving a far distance to get to this shop because the shop does not have consistent hours and is based on when the owner can get there. The owner can be nice but can be insulting at times as well. While I have chosen not to shop here anymore for the above reasons, I have found a few times items in the past.

I love buying my clothes here. The owner is amazing, so kind and very helpful. If you need something for your child, this is the place to go! And the quality of the clothes for the amount you'll spend is incredible! I highly recommend shopping here. 10/10

Super cute kids consignment store! Cheaper than goodwill and a LOT of items in a tiny spot. Toys, clothes, shoes, strollers etc. everything you could need. Absolutely lovely staff. Don’t go in expecting spotless and uncluttered, this store gets a LOT and there’s a lot to sort through and very little room to put it all. Have patience and be kind. My son definitely enjoyed it too as he was able to play with some of the toys out. I will definitely be back!

I've driven by this place a few times and finally decided to pop in. They have a huge selection of kids clothes in all sizes. I was able to find some really cute things at very reasonable prices. They also carry trendy adult clothes with brands like Zara, Madewell and Athleta just to name a few. They also had a lot of shoes and toys/ baby equipment. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and even went to the back to pull out more clothes for us to look at. Will definitely be coming back!

Wow! What a pleasant find! My child got Lego sets, all pieces, intact! Store was busy, owner is fantastic. Clothing is high quality and immaculate. Store smells amazing. Got a repeat customer. I highly recommend City Kids!

I have officially driven to this place just to arrive to a locked up (yet supposed to be open store) for the very last time. I have been compassionate for so long, because I think the owner has health problems, but at this point it is just ridiculous. If you can't come in to the store then just close. I don't usually assume things about others' financial state, but if owner can afford to keep that location (whether rented or owned) while hardly ever being open to make money, then they can afford to hire an employee to actually be there when customers are. We're not talking a sudden family emergency. The store has been running this way for at least 7-8 years. Just come to work or close down. It's really just disrespectful to customers at this point. Are people seriously still dropping off things to be consigned? How do you think you're going to make profit back if she's never there to sell your stuff? Honestly only giving 2 stars because I feel bad.

Drove here from 45 minutes away and they weren't even open!! Peeked inside the windows and seemed to be so many things I've been looking for, how unfortunate. Will no longer make an attempt to come here again, so inconvenient.
