It took 3 hours to open up a business account. While I understand that will take a while, this was extreme. In addition, we had a promo for the new account, and the assistant could not get it to apply. She confirmed that she would get to it but needed to help another appointment. We never got confirmation from the banker that this promo was applied, even after multiple emails and calls. They never answer their phone, and when I call the 1800 number, they state I must contact the branch. I have been banking with Chase for 20 years and this is not what I expected from them. Very disappointed.

I recently had my debit card stolen and there was $303.00 taken from my account. I reported it to the bank and I got a new debit card and they reimbursed the money in my account. At the time I thought WOW that was fast and I was very pleased, but today I was checking my account on line and the had deducted the $303 from my account. I went to the bank and they gave me the phone no. for customer service department. I called them and of course the person who answered was located in India and I could hardly understand him. I had to ask him to talk slower and finally was able to understand what he was saying. He said the card had been used in the same area that I lived in so they were not going to reimburse my money! So basically I was ripped off twice, once by the thief who stole the card in the first place and again by the THIEVES AT CHASE BANK!

There is never much of a line here. The staff is very nice. I've gone there for over 15 years and have had no problems. Nice place to have safety deposit box.

Just down the road from my office, SUPER friendly helpful staff! Definitely would come here even if I moved offices as great customer service is hard to come by! Have appreciated them and my experience with Chase!

Why is it that this bank is always empty and yet when you're the only one entering the bank, you are asked to wait? This is the 3rd time this has happened.

I am rating this bank specifically for this location only. The person responsible for this rating is Rebecca Kass (just in case there is more than one Rebecca in this location). She went above and beyond into making sure my refund of $500+ was secured from an online purchase. She gave me options as to what I wanted to do and she ended up doing both options for me. Rebecca called the location of my purchase and requested a written proof that they have cancelled my order and that the refund was in process. Since this was taken place on a Saturday, there was very little that could have been done because the availability of the executives was not there til the following Monday, but she got the paper work ready to go for Monday anyway. So its Monday and Rebecca calls me to let me know what was going on with the process and gave me a ETA of my refund. I am very pleased the way she maintained communication with me until the refund was settled. I hope to do business with her again soon!

This rating is just for this Chase bank, and not the company as whole, because that review wouldn't be as nice. This bank is awesome, never really any lines and the tellers are fast + friendly. It's convenient for me especially on my way to work if I have a check that needs to be deposited or if I need to grab some fast cash!
